Great coffee, nice place and excellent service. The food tastes good depending on what you get (sandwiches and soup, don't bother with the salads), but every single time I eat there I get a stomach ache. Their stuff has gotten way greasier over the past year. It's a shame because like I said, the taste is amazing and the prices are pretty good too compared to other spots on the square. If they fix their food, I'll definitely change my rating back to the 5 stars...
The food was amazing, and the portions were great. Unfortunately, the matcha and chai tasted weak or watered down. These are drinks that both my mom and I order regularly at different venues, and they just didn't taste flavorful like we are used to. Chai was lacking in the warm spices, and the match just didn't have the usual earthy flavor. Both were iced. Service was good. Tables were a little sticky, but for the most part, the venue was clean and good atmosphere.
I wanted to express my appreciation for my employer at Nova Coffee......one of my cats is in need of surgery and in addition to the emotional toll and stress of having a sick pet, it is also costly to make him well....I received a message from my boss John Ramsey that he is willing to help with some of the vet bill....i have never had a boss/friend be so gracious....so to all you naysayers out there (you know who you are), you got it wrong ... You're the best John thank you...
