Went in to order tonight n the guy in the purple shirt Tyler took care of several customers before me. Then when it was my turn he just completely walked off n away from the register like he didn't even care that there was a potential customer at the front counter. That not professional at all. If you don't like the job then you shouldn't work at that job. I have never had this pizza before n I was really excited to try it for the first time. But that young man made me feel unwelcomed in this store and I walked out. I would honestly go back but maybe during the day or something so I don't have to run into the rude young man again

Food is great but the lady manager who works there is a complete mess. She has no customer service skills. I'm completely disgusted with her and her attitude I will most likely never order from that store again. You can't tell people their food will be there in 28 to 33 minutes and it not be there within that time frame I understand they get busy but almost an hour past the time we were promised is a little much. This has happened several times and I finally got tired of it and called to complain. They definitely lost business after tonight.

Lately, I've been disappointed in Pappa John's I've been buying pizza taking it back because it's burnt then I get a good free one then I buy one it's burnt now let's see how the free one will be today and this pizza will determine if I'll go back to this store on Elm road and get pizza again. I hope not all Pappas John's is burning pizza crust ! ?

I enjoy Papa John's Pizza, but unfortunately I will not be purchasing pizza from them any longer until they decide to charge reasonable prices for their pies.$20 for dough sauce sprinkled with toppings is in entirely too much to ask for.
This trash had an extremely night and still had nothing but nice attitudes to their customers. Nicely done especially since they had a 2 hour waiting list for the pizzas.
