I ordered a couple pizza's when I picked it up the worker handed me a receipt and a pen. I dropped the pen down the seat and it was dark I couldn’t find it. So I grabbed a different pen I had tried to give it to the worker. She got mad said “great you lost my pen” and slammed window shaking her head. I’ll never go here again.

The food is decent but the store manager Aubrey is so unprofessional and is not friendly at all! She couldn't even smile and say hi. Just so rude. Everything I was in the drive thru it smelled like weed when they opened the door and there is always loud inappropriate music playing. I think they should rethink the staff at this site.

Horrible service and found hair in my chicken that my child choked on. When I called to complain Aubrey Adams the manager of the Mahoning location hung up on me not once but twice. On a delivery order I was told to come in person with the pizza and hairy chicken, human hair that was long and black ill. When I arrived the horrible manager started to act concerned totally different mood than over the phone, she began to be understanding all of a sudden. Next she tried to offer some sorts of discount that I declined. I noticed the problem physically being in the shop long haired workers(I have footage) Not a hair net in sight not the managers or those working in the back cooking the food, terrible. No wonder this happened! Being in the food industry myself this is terrible every restaurant has to have people with hair nets period. Never eating here again would say you should not either !
