Wow, my food was so good I ordered while being in the hospital. Sam was very patient with me while taking my order, it has been some years since I ordered from any Pizza Hut. I ordered a big box for the first time and I am extremely satisfied way to go Pizza Hut. I'm coming back where I belong, long live the Hut.

I stopped to pick up a doordash order, I was asked the name by the lady who pulls all the food out of the oven and boxes it. I gave the name, she said 15 minutes. I asked her if I could ask why because the doordash screen showed me it should be ready in 3 minutes, she turned & snapped at me; because we're busy. After that she advised me she was not letting me pick up the customers order & that she would give it to another dasher. I called the customer to advise them I was unable to pick up their order & why, the lady asked to speak to the customer. She advised them I snapped at her, which I did not; that's not in my nature, it's not who I am. She did advised the customer that her food would be hot and fresh and that she will give it to another Dasher. Worst experience I've ever had going into a business to pick up my doordash customers order.

I usually don't have an issues but tonight however we ordered from the East Market Location and whoever the driver was never knocked on our door and actually left our food outside in the rain and it got wet. My son was sitting right in the living room waiting. This is unacceptable and bad for business

Absolutely terrible!!!! Have tried this location 4 times since we moved close and I have been disappointed in some way or the other but today was it. I ordered a stuffed crust with pepperoni and extra cheese and spicy garlic boneless wings. My pizza was Luke warm, no extra cheese and tasted old like they heated one from the day prior. My wings were also all knotted as well. Looked at my receipt and all of them were actually labeled old!! Never again will I buy from here, I'll go out of my way to pickup from elm road where they know good hot food and great service!!

Food was terrible. The mushrooms tasted like they were pulled right from the dir and thrown on. The pizza was dry and rubbery. I heard bad things about this location but I was hoping it wasn't true. My daughter picked up the pizza and the girl at the window was snarky.

Hit or miss kinda place. Chicken buffalo pizza didn’t have enough cheese, asked for extra sauce and it was a thin layer that had absorbed into the pizza. Other pizza was good. Also had gotten the boneless spicy garlic wings, which are typically my favorite but some how tasted different this time, but they were still good. We always place online, arrive to the store according to the time on the app, but we’ve always gotta wait an extra 10-15 mins.
