Every time I order, I have items missing. Last time I ordered from this pizza hut, months ago, they forgot 2 items. I called and told them & they agreed to deliver the items. 30 minutes later, they only delivered one & the other item was still missing. I tell the driver & he agrees to come back a 3rd time. An hour later, still nothing. I call the store, explain what happened & they immediately hang up. I tried calling back & they instantly hung up. This happened about 15 times of me calling them & them just hanging up. I still haven't got what I ordered & paid for months ago.......A few days ago I was at my mother's house & she wanted to order from this same store. They forgot a pizza, naturally. I call & they actually answer & agree to bring the pizza. About 20 minutes later they arrive & proceed to deliver me the wrong pizza, which is what made me write this overdue review. Absolutely horrendous

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and 8 boneless wings tonight. Door dash picked up my order so they said. Delivered the pizza and got NO wings.

Good thing we ordered 2 orders of fries! $3.39 for each box… I think I get more fries in a kid’s happy meal!

Delivered us the wrong order and turned their phones off a half hour before closing so they didnt have to deal with it. Joke of a restaurant, incapable employees, and clearly a manager who doesnt care about absolutely anything based on all of the negative recent reviews.Spend your money ANYWHERE else.

Food is always wrong went to the drive through to avoid there ridiculous 5 $ delivery fee and had to take our order back twice because it was wrong again and still got it wrong ordered fries with our sandwiches and got potatoe chips so what was the point of taking the food back if it wasn't being fixed and then had my kids food just sitting while they fixed nothing

Bought 2 orders of breadsticks, they put it inside a médium pizza box. Before I leave i asked if the sauce was inside the box, she told me yes and guess what? When I got home no sauce. This is my second time buying there and both were horrible experiences. The first one was the big new Yorker that was burn and dry.

I ordered a pizza melt and wings. The melt was so overdone and hard I could hardly bite it and the wings were so small for the price. I have had the melt before from a different pizza Hut and it was so good. This one was so bad, I won't be going back to that pizza Hut. Lots of money for such a bad meal.
