ordered through doordash last night.. our pizza was so cold you almost thought it wasn't cooked at all, we had to reheat it and there was so much sauce it was drowning in it. the cheesy bread was so greasy & salty we couldn't eat it. won't order here again thats for sure.

I recommend staying away from this place. Pizza is either over cooked or undercooked. Either way it is not edible. This seems to be a consistent issue. 1 out of 10.

The staff has been nice everytime I've gone. And the gondolas are still tasty

I just moved back to the area and was craving for a veggie pizza. When I got there the girls were very rude and on their phones video chatting and not wearing gloves or hair nets. There hair wasn’t even up. There long hair was touching the food. They had burning pizzas in the oven and just laughing about it! I asked for extra sauce on my veggie pizza and they put little sauce on it. The lady even over charged me when the pizza was supposed to be $10. She charged me full price because it was Tuesday. Will not be coming back.

Delicious food. IF you can get anyone to answer the phone so you can order. Online ordering doesn't work either. We don't get hours for lunch so driving there ordering and waiting isn't an option. Called another Pizza Joes to find out what was going on. That manager was going to text Lordstown's manager and ask them to call us. Never got the call. I guess they have so much business they don't need ours.

Ordered a 9 slice pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and double pepperoni. I was charged almost double what the menu stated. Got home found there was almost no pizza sauce. Been going to lordstown shop for years. WILL NEVER GO BACK ! ! !

Usually good food. Tonight was not the case. I called and the girl said 30 minutes. I showed up and she said you are going to be mad, but it was going to be another 20 minutes. I went to the car and waited. Go back in 20 minutes later and waited 5 more minutes. She brought my food to me and was rude. Got home and my pizza was ice cold, salad was all the core and little meat on the sandwiches.

We opted for Pizza Joe’s last week as our regular place was closed. We regretted the decision. Although the one pizza was pretty good having just pepperoni, cheese and sauce, the Poorman’s pizza was inedible. We ordered a spinach Poorman’s. It had over 1/4” of previously frozen spin h from end to end. The spinach was so strong it could be smelled with the lid closed. Upon attempting to eat the pizza we found it tasted like grass. Removing the spinach was of no help as the smell and flavor permeated the pizza. It was disgusting and an entire 1/2 sheet went into the garbage.

This place has went down hill since new manager taken over. No one wears there hair up at when making food.

Crap. Nothing but a bunch of derelicts in this place the last few years. Crummy service. Had an issue about 6 months ago with burned up pizza. So I didn't go back for several months. The last time I figured would try it again, went about 6 weeks ago, the young people were pissed off having to work. Even tho I was order 21 at almost 8pm... 1 was constantly on cellphone and the woman was rude. Was in middle of cashing me out and ran my card, Walked to the back to see some grub hub printer and started talking to other employee about personal stuff who was on phone til I had to wave hand. She gave me the 1 finger wait, then she walked back to give me receipt to sign with a nasty look on her face and threw it down in front of me. Took the pizza home to find out the crust was burnt all to hell, but the inside was gooey dough uncooked. How they accomplished that I have no idea. I called pizza joe corporate and was told they already aware of the problems and would send me some coupons to use else where. Wasn't trying to get a thing for free, however they never arrived and it really tells you the company as a whole that they know they have problems and still let the franchise operate. As far as I am concerned they can take the entire pizza Joe's operation and place it a humanly impossible place.

I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Joes in Lordstown Village Plaza for many years, the food is always fresh and tasty. My favourite is the Taco Pizza with extra white sauce ! Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, I've seen customer service slide. The old manager didn't seem to care about any problems I'd had and didn't seem to have much respect from the staff. Fortunately ,things seemed to have changed (for the better) since they hired a new manager. I was in the store Friday August 13 to pickup my pizza order and I met the new the manager , a bright and energetic young woman named Krissy. She greeted me with a smile and thanked me for coming in, and told me me order would be ready shortly. She is very very nice and you can tell she really cares about Pizza Joe's customers and her staff definitely respect her more than the last manager. Most people write restaurant reviews about the food, but I felt it was important to highlight your new Manager, she really deserves credit ! Pizza Joes, you've got a great person running your Lordstown store and I know things will return to the way they used to be !
