I loved the potato's. And I mean every version of potato.... So tasty. Loved three pineapples usually the fruit be bad but here it was so tasty!!! Definitely can't wait to go back. Craving it!!!!

Very nice salad and lunch buffet! They kept everything fresh and hot. Delicious 6oz sirloin cooked perfect too! It was completely worth driving an hour to eat at this Ponderosa. All the ones near Akron, Ohio have gone out of business.

Was not a good experience. The atmosphere was horrible and the food was mediocre at best. Prices weren't bad and the staff was nice enough, it just left way too much to be desired. I would recommend maybe going elsewhere to eat.

Service was good, good prices, had buffet and the some food was not available or cold. Waitress stated dishwasher was down and cash register went down so lack of help food prep and dishes in dinning room. Seat yourself, even though sign stated wait to be seated. Use to go here all the time but after this past experience, my wife and I will not be back for awhile.

Brunch was well stocked, fresh and good temperature. I was very satisfied for the price. The food area was clean and the dishes were all kept up with and the attendant was keeping things wiped down. Very impressive. Only thing that was unfortunate was the potato cake or hashbrown patties, my suggestion would be for them to be baked not fried, because sitting in that steam table they just fall apart . Other than that, wait staff is super. Vinegar and Oil on the salad bar could be washed and filled more frequently. Keep up the good work.

Had the buffet only and it was excellent.The place was rather crowded so, all the food was fresh. Most dishes went super fast when it was laid out because of the amount of people in there. Our hostess that greeted us Was amazing!! And our server was very on the ball... Even though the place was very crowded I never had to ask for a drink. She had it set in front of me every time my drink finished. My only complaint is the people sitting next to us we're loud and rude to our server for the manager that came out and handled them being loud was fantastic

Very good.. wish they had chicken wings included in the buffet like before but other than that not bad. Would go there over Golden Corral.

Paid for a dinner buffet and most of it was dried out breakfast food. Everything else was nasty as hell what a waste of my money. Only thing i liked was our server was very nice i will never go there again

Service was cool. They don't have the wings on the buffet anymore you have to order them separately. We got the porterhouse steak and it was $22.

They have less of a selection than I would have liked. The food was about average for the buffet. I didn't try the steak though.
The food was cooked just right and the buffet food was hot and kept up in so everyone was able to taste everything they had on it.

We used to have one in Alliance and I would go on Tuesdays with 6 of my grandkids then it closed down. I have gone to the one in Warren but Ponderosa had to eliminate the hot wings from the buffet. I KNOW and UNDERSTAND the price has gone up and you don't want to pass the cost on to the customers but did you even try? Ponderosa is known for them hot wings and I believe it will work. My grandkids looked forward to every Tuesday but they have moved to GA now. I would come for them hot wings if they go back on the buffet but not as my entrée order. Thank you.

Never eating there ever again my girlfriend and I both got food poisoning from there. Took me 4 plates at the buffet to find a clean one. Just in general bad atmosphere. Very disappointing to be honest.
