I ordered a big mail. A couple of things were missing from my order when I came back to the establishment to have the order replaced. The lady gave me attitude and continue to give me attitude as you disturb me. What was missing out of my order bad customer service at night would not recommend
Ordered a rally burger and it was cold like it just came out of the refridgerator.
They forgot the bacon on my and Girls and it was raw…… never again… Then I call the girl was very rude….
A little slow and lately my orders haven't been right.
Worst customer service i every had don't go here they're a waste of time and money. Go spend your money else where.
Great food. The speaker needs fixed, but otherwise, it is a great place for a quick bite.
First, Get rid of the no refund policy, it just screws the customers and serves no valid purpose. It's completely disappointing when you order a milkshake and then it comes out like this gross liquid consistency but instead of offering a refund (like they should do) they literally leave you with no valid option because it's going to make each milkshake the same consistency if the machine isn't working right, and usually it makes them fine, but every so often it doesn't work right. (And it's cute how they act like there's nothing they can do about it, well how about warn the customer the machine isn't working as well as it should, you could have at least offered a sample of it so the customer doesn't waste their money in the first place, or say you'll call someone to fix the machine but stop pretending there's nothing you can do or don't know what works at your job, as if you haven't been there working all day or something... common sense) it doesn't work to have a completely useless policy, it's a policy that's obviously more centered on greed than anything else. And it's bad customer service policies like that, that will actually ruin companies and drive away your business. If there's one thing a customer remembers, it's the food & service. You simply can't have a no refund policy no matter what and it works, because regardless of that policy, things go wrong at times and ppl need reimbursed, it's just the way it is. You either give customers what they want or suffer the consequences which is eventually losing them all to a better business with intelligent policies that are customer friendly. And by the way the food used to be all around way better than it is now. It would be nice if they went back to that, I remember when they started putting profits above good tasting food and it was a real disappointment to be honest because I used to go there all the time and they had great tasting reasonably priced food. I don't know what on earth happened to that or who's stupid idea it was, as if ppl can't tell the difference when you get food that doesn't taste good, but I bet you'll notice when you lose your customers over it. And don't get me wrong, it's not to say they aren't friendly or polite, it's the upper management who makes the incredibly useless policies, that's where the problem is. It simply doesn't work for any business to have a no refund policy with no exceptions.
Usually pretty good all around from food and service
Went there to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited 10 minutes to have someone serve me. No one came. I went through the drive-thru because that was the only way I knew how to get their attention(mind you they made eye contact with me multiple times and continued to ignore me) and they told me I had to go to the front window. I told them “I just stood there for 10 minutes and y’all just ignored me” they then proceeded to ignore me in the intercom. So I pulled up to the front of the store and one of the employees proceeded to yell at me that I couldn’t park where I was and slammed the window. I ended up canceling the order because I didn’t want to deal with the rude employees, thus making me lose out on money. I could only imagine how rude they would have been to an actual customer. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I don't know why I even come to this place every time is a horrible experience I wait 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru when there's nobody in front of me and you get the food it's either cold or your order is wrong overpriced garbage

I have been trying to get in touch with whoever does checks. I have not been paid for last week'spay and have another check coming. When I try to talk to someone they said I had to give my bank info to a stranger to get to Micheal. I did and still no pay being that seems to be the only way. I keep leaving messages for Sonya. My store constantly keeps saying they can't here me when I call them. When doing onboarding I was not able to miss a number for it says error. I called them. They said get in touch with employer. Employer says give bank info for Micheal via email because no one has Micheal number.
Great food, terrible service. Went to the drive through, the young lady who took our order was short with us and took a terrible tone with us. She told us to "Hang on a minute." when we were mid order. Then a young man came on the speaker and was equally as rude. We continued to be polite and respectful and placed our order. Food was great though. Please train your staff!
Everyone was very polite and helpful the staff are way more friendlier then they used to be will definitely be visiting again

Don't order from here I did a online order and my food was under cooked and had hair in it I called to say something and they say they don't fix online orders when they are the ones that cook it they need to teach their workers to cook right and wear hair nets I'd give 0 stars if I could won't be ordering from here again.
