We used their catering service for 2 different events. Both events the food was delicious and plenty of it. We were very satisfied. We had many people ask who catered the food because they thought it was great. The prices are very fair too. Thank you!! đ

I absolutely LOVE Rossâ pub! Itâs definitely a locals hangout with really good people. Thereâs an outdoor area with plenty of seating and cornhole. They have Queen of Hearts on Tuesdays and Karaoke on Thursdays. The bartenders are attentive and beautiful. The owner is very accommodating and truly cares about his patrons. I love the Arizona Ranch Garlic Parmesan boneless wings and the EW barbecue is delicious on everything. If youâre in a hurry and canât order off of the menu they have daily specials ready to grab and go. Definitely recommend everyone give it a try.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me tell you about the absolute nightmare of an experience we had with this establishment. My wife and I had NEVER been to Rossâ Eatery and Pub before, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. The internet said they were open until 9 PM, but to be sure, I called ahead. Not once, but TWICE. The last call, at 7:11 PM, I spoke to a man who assured me theyâd still be open for my wife to place an order. He even mentioned if it got close to 9 PM, theyâd just put the food in a warmer for us. Great, right? WRONG.
My wife drove out of her way to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM, only to be told the kitchen was CLOSED. Closed! By the SAME guy I had spoken to on the phone not even 30 minutes earlier. When she called me, I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she was at the right place. The same man answered, and his response? âYeah, weâre closing now.â WHAT?! So which is it? Open until 9 PM? Open until 7:45 PM? Or just âopen when we feel like itâ?
What kind of incompetent operation runs like this? I SPECIFICALLY called to confirm the times, got reassured TWICE, and then you turn my wife away when she gets there? Talk about misleading, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to a new customer. We were excited to try this place, and instead, we got a complete slap in the face. This isnât just poor serviceâitâs a blatant disregard for your customersâ time, money, and effort.
Iâll tell you one thing: I wouldnât step foot in this place again if they PAID me to. If youâre considering Rossâ Eatery and Pub, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Judging by the similar reviews Iâve seen, this seems to be a pattern. Consistently bad service, misleading information, and zero accountability.
Rossâ Eatery and Pub: where customer service goes to die. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an afterthought. Just shameful.

make sure u park straight or the bar tender will accuse u of being drunk and scare u away. even tho u are driving a ford f150 trying to park straight sometimes can be a pain
next to wide open parking with hard to see parking spots. not cool very unprofessional and judgemental.

The food was average but if want to eat there get it to go stay out of the bar area unless you like 12 inch cob webs hanging on the ceiling fans over your table and the bar tenders donât have a clue on how to serve table this was the worse experience I have ever had. You will be better off going to Burger King.

Donât trust the menu prices online. Order was literally double what the online menu said it would be. Staff are great tho. They said they canât change the website, even though itâs their website. Def seems like some false advertising.

This is a little hole in the wall place from what I can tell. It wasn't what I expected, but they had fantastic spaghetti, which is a tall order for getting good spaghetti at a restaurant, usually either watery or horrible sauce, but they managed to nail it

Bartender was rude, never waited on us had to go to the bar order are drinks, pick up my drinks from the bar and had to order and pick up my own food from the restaurant. Just a reminder you get tips and I tip well. Today you will get $0 tips. Have a nice day!!!! Where are the good bartenders who are friendly. Haven't had this problem here since GM closed. So are we back to that, you choose to wait on the big company personnel. Well I was still coming here when they all went under. Thoughts to ponder for your business.
Chicken was very delicious and pizza was great A the jo jos are excellent and what a fine job on fryed mushrooms and onion rings my new favorite place my hats off to the cook
