Please cook the chickens longer. Purchased on Wed Nov 2 about 2 pm. Got it home & it was pink inside, the legs, thighs, the breast. Disgusting! 2nd time this has happened, won't be a 3rd. I'll be returning! Thank you! This is why we stopped buying them at Costco too. Positive side, very nice employees! We love shopping here & the new renovations are looking fabulous!

Had a very positive shopping experience at the Sam's club in Warren Ohio today. all the staff I encountered were very helpful and courteous especially at the self check out. found some nice items and a few clothing items.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!! As this is the SECOND time I found a maggot in food that I have bought there. I talked to the manager & their corporate office & both were of no help to me. The managers name was Alex! They said they can offer me my $12 back or a 6 month extension on my Sams Club card. I am DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

The tire shop people were amazing. Rolled in on a flat and they were outside before parked the car.
The employees today April 5 were extremely nice and happy! Explained that all the carts were sanitized and disinfected!! I along with other customers thanked them for doing their job, it’s not easy being on the “front line” I do it every day too!! Cashiers were smiling and on spot as everyone was bustling around Thanks for doing a great job in this crazy world we are in

Had an EXTREMELY pleasant shopping experience today! Sure there were items I needed that weren't available but so is every place else! High demand items! I expected that! Everything else was stocked well! Store was clean Rotisserie chicken today was REALLY good! Cashiers were pleasant & friendly!
