The most horrible food I've ever tasted in my life. Since I went to that place, I've had diarrhea for four days because of the rancid food. This is the last time I go there.

Really enjoyed taking the kids here on Fridays when they'd have an oldies singer play... was hoping they'd reopen but a Platz Realty sign went up on the property a few days ago so I guess they really are gone for good.

Never have I experienced such horrible customer service from a local business. We placed a large order for our business and when issues arose like forgotten food, orders made wrong and in my case Hair in my food ( which there is no point to even report at this point as I'm not coming back for you to remake anything I don't trust you to do right by me by the way your manager has chosen to speak to 3 of my colleagues ) the manager did not once say sorry, and wanted to blame us for using their website to place the order. She told us to use doordash next time to place a large order as if that would solve the issue. Why would that make a difference? Why give people the option to place an order on your website if you will just tell them to use doordash? We would have definitely continued to order from you guys if we were met with compassion, understanding, and not like we were bothering you, and the manager having this nasty attitude. I get mistakes happen but where is the accountability from your manager.
We stopped by on a Sunday after a walk on the bike path. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The $2 margaritas were delicious (but strong). We'd visit again.
