No complaints on drinks but the current employees on Saturday afternoon/evenings are some of the most rude, unfriendly people. I've been there a handful of times and everytime I've been polite and friendly and I either get a one word response or nothing at all.

Although my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken express tasted really good, I gave my overall experience a 2 star review because I paid $6.75 for a Venti to not receive a full drink. This is the second time this has happened at this location. For a newly converted Starbucks drinker this isn't the way to keep me as a customer.

The cashier did not even greet me. I had to sit there and look at her until she said hello or something to start taking my order. I waited 13 minutes for a caramel ribbon crunch frappe Because they lost my ticket and everybody that ordered behind me had their drinks first it was honestly a terrible experience not to mention the drive-through was closed

I came in this morning and ordered a strawberry berry acai with lemonade and matcha and from what I understand is that they're are now blending the drink instead of shaking it in the shaker. I go in again and request the same drink request of not blending it but shake it please and they lied to my face and tried to convince me of what they did. People have to understand you never know who is ordering. I was on the creation team that created this drink I have been ordering this drink for 25 years and I know the difference. Maybe the best response instead of keeping up with the lie they should have made it in front of me again just to maintain perfect customer service.....word to management upgrade how you respond to guest

if i could give this place 0 stars i would they always mess up the order and are never helpful. today i ordered a sandwich and instead of telling me at the window they just gave me a different sandwich. when i went back to fix the order they told me they were out and wouldnt even refund me this is literally the worst starbucks ive ever been to and it always takes forever to order and get your stuff

Mikey the drive thru star of the show. To make coffee is one thing but to bring someone joy from their actions and words just inner soul is amazing something you cannot buy and Starbucks is lucky to have found in Mikey!! They made my absolute day start off amazing. You can get Starbucks at any location but I would go here just for Mikey!

Couldn’t resist getting one of the specialty drinks named after the 2 witches in Wicked. I’m partial to Elphaba’s Cold brew but I am going through try the other drink soon. By the way, if you love Wizard of Oz, it’s a must to take your kids & go see this movie. It’s fantastic & your truth of who you thought the Wicked witch of the west was will change forever!!! This drink is very tasty as well & because I also love matcha it was a win for me. Those little Apple croissants are seasonal & very tasty too. My little dog Poe loved his pup cup as well.
Today was the last straw. I’m done with Starbucks. My wife and I ordered 2 grande drinks. Both ordered with no whip cream and light foam. My wife’s drink was soy and a white mocha latte. Mine was a regular cafe mocha.
Both drinks pretty much tasted like steamed milk. Totally flavorless. My wife took the top off mine to stir it and I swear it was at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches below the top. I should have stopped to take a picture but kept driving.
When you pay $12.20 to two coffees you would expect them to get it right. It’s hard to believe that these stores are so inconsistent.
Too many other options out there to keep supporting this overpriced underachieving chain. We’re done. Money saved.
