Server Mary took 15 minutes to make two iced lattes while we watched her laugh with her friends, we were the only customers present. Also very rude and gave me a dirty look with every interaction. We will be advising our friends to avoid this shift member.

Pulled into the drive thru with only one car in front of me. The cashier took my order and then proceeded to hang out the drive thru window taking photos of the dog in the car in front of me. When I finally got up to the window and gave her my card to pay she hands me a small sized strawberry acai refresher and tells me that they are out of the sandwich I ordered. So I chose a different one and tell her that I had ordered a large size refresher. So she takes it back and hands me a pink beverage without strawberries or ice in it. I asked about the strawberries and she has someone dump a handful of berries on top of it and hands it back to me. I gave it back to her and requested that I be refunded and to cancel my order. Terrible service!!!!!

Every time I try to give this Starbucks a chance, not only do they disappoint me but the workers actually argue with me. I have a severe dairy allergy and twice have gotten normal milk and when have said something, they argue and tell me I’m wrong even though I can tell through consistency and taste alone that it’s wrong.Grant is the only employee there that does his job well and makes excellent drinks.

Ordered a frosted lemon bread and found a dark hair actually wrapped around it in the bag it wasn’t just on there it was wrapped around it (nasty as hell). Never went back. They totally ruined Starbucks for me.

I did a pickup order, one of the drinks tasted horrible, it wasjust a regular iced cafe mocha, zero customization. I informed the gal and was told, one minute. I then proceeded to be ignored for about 7 minutes. Another customer came up and said their drink was not what they ordered and the gal grabbed her order sticker and remade her drink on the spot, so I was like okay, so I’ve been here waiting but this is going to happen? Then some random lady walks up to me and asks if I have a problem, and claims to be a shift manager but has nothing identifiable as a manager or even an employee on. Tells me that I don’t need to be rude. Sorry Starbucks, that I’d like the basic drink I paid for to be correct and not to be ignored by your employees when it isn’t. How dare a customer get what they pay for? Save yourself the hassle here and go elsewhere.

I went to this place with my mom. The batista were very friendly and nice to talk to. Our drinks and food tasted great and I would definitely recommend this one above the others in the area.

I'd have to say the top reviews are completely false about this place. Love my Starbucks and will always advocate for the employees to unionize and get better pay for what they do. I can also tell when they are mismanaged and run completely slow and inefficient. They employees work hard but I don't think management (top down) run it well. The drinks are fine if you can wait the time to get them. They seem to always have some thing happen to cause them to run very very slow. And most of the reviews would tell you they are very very slow. Like 25 minutes for a cold brew with oak milk slow. The atmosphere is cold and very uncomfortable.
