Why do they offer online orders when they don't do them until they are caught up with the walk in customers? I got there when my order was to be ready then waited over15 more minutes till all the walkins ordered and left then they started on the online orders. I got a meatball sub 12 inch and it had 3 meat balls.on it. My wife got the same a 12 inch and it had 2 meat balls! Horrible, horrible store. Will never go there again!

I would love to rate this higher but it seems like every time we go there they are closed. Today they were supposed to be open until 7 but they were closed when we got there at 6:45. The gentleman stated their register and credit card machines were down. But the one in the mall was fully operational and they’re owned by the same people so it seems to be they just close whenever they feel like it. So please don’t go by their hours because they’re incorrect. I also suggested a time change on google since this place likes to close early

Ordered 2 salads did not cut up the meat and only gave me a fork it was the worst made salad ever we got them both as meals should have come with 4 cookies would only give us 2 then when a few more people walked in the lady at the register exclaimed very loudly JESUS CHRIST because they were getting busy 1/10 would not recommend. I used to work for subway. Different one but same owner. These kids didn't have a clue what they were doing. The place was a mess, kids hangout talking to worker while he was making my sub and throwing food around. Subs were slopped together and he didn't take direction at all. Get it to together guys.

I went to Subway on Elm Rd. for my lunch, I got there at 12:01pm and waited in line for 25 minutes. There were 3 people in front of me, and 2 people working. Nothing was ready for the lunch rush, the 2 employees were running around doing other things instead of waiting on customers, from what I heard a manager was coming in and they were doing things to prepare for that. I waited my entire lunch break in line and barely made it back to work on time. And pictured is the slop that I purchased. The sign on the door says "Under New Management", DO BETTER!!!!!! Hire competent workers who know how to prepare for the lunch rush! Unacceptable!!

This particular location is very clean and organized. I was really happy when I went there and saw how clean the space is and then I saw how nicely the veggies, meats and cheese were organized and how much pride the staff had for the environment in which they work. The young lady who helped me was very kind, made me an excellent sandwich and should be praised for hard she works. Very nice location, great staff, clean and organized.

I ordered a foot-long pro sandwich and it was made with only the regular amount of meat in it yet I paid extra for more meat. When I called to tell the location that I went to about it, they stated there was nothing they could do about it because the manager wasn't there. When I called the manager the following day, she was extremely rude. Her name is Julie. She stated I was yelling at her and if I didn't stop yelling at her, she was going to hang up on me. I was not yelling at her one bit. When I asked for the general manager's name, she said she could not give it to me and that they wouldn't refund my purchase or make me a new sandwich, which was really all I was asking for. She said, there could be nothing done without a receipt or a sandwich. My order was online so of course there's no receipt except for my email, but she refused to help and would not give me the name of her manager. She told me there was nothing she could do about it because she is not the one that made the sandwich. I've never spoken to anyone so rude in customer service. I made a complaint to the subway company, rather than just the franchise, since they were unwilling to help me. We will never shop there again.

Closing time is 8 pm got there around 750 and they watched us pull in and locked door as I was parking, younger guy working there didn’t have decency to tell my son hey we just closed, he looked him dead in the face and walked away looking at him with an attitude girl was there not a worker unless workers are cheerleaders now, like y’all need customer service training BAD!!!! Also I’ve worked fast food before and the two places I’ve been you can’t lock doors until that time exactly never before people used to come in a minute before we closed and we always waited on them….

Just ordered 5 subs at the elm rd location and they were very rude like we were bothering them.....isn't the job to make subs? Not sure we will go to subway again as I've never been treated so rude.
