Worst subway around. A bunch of rude employees who could care less about customer service. Every time I go in there I deal with an attitude by at least one of the employees. Tonight we gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went and got dinner. Keep in mind at this time we are the only people in the subway, there shouldn't have been any issues. We ordered two subs one of them had stale bread which we had found out when we had got home I also was not given the side of dressing that I was charged for, I also had bought a fountain drink that was charged to me none of the employees had given me a cup to get my fountain drink. When I had called them to explain the situation and request my refund for two subs and a fountain drink that I was not given the so-called manager told me that she could not refund me because she would have to refund me the whole order which was what I was asking in the first place I was not just wanting a refund of the stale sub and the fountain drink. She very clearly by the tone of voice did not care to help me and when I called her out on that she laughed at me. I have never dealt with such rude people in a fast food setting. They clearly need to go get some customer service training and learn how to properly deal with people when they made mistakes and a customer asks very politely if they could fix that mistake. I am never going there again and I suggest nobody does either find a better Subway with better customer service where they actually remember to give you your stuff and don't have an attitude with you.

My mom works here and took me here after school and I tried the chicken bacon sub and her co workers made it BUSSIN! It was really good. I am so happy. Thank you to my mom’s co workers for making it the best sub ever for me.

I visit this location about 2 to 3 times a week. Very friendly staff! I am always greeted when I walk through the door! I usually order the same sandwich and the staff there knows how to make it the way I like it! Love using my lunch break at this location!

Had an online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Needless to say, it took around 50 min for my order to be ready, even though they served around 10 customers who walked through the door after me. After I got my food, no apology or anything. I mean what is the point of ordering online if you have to wait 10X as long. Come on subway you have to do better!!!!!

I swear every time we go in this subway the toaster is not working. You’re doing all this advertising for Subway the new pretzel but the toaster is down so they don’t have them. Subway needs to make this owner shut down or clean up their act immediately.

Placed curbside order was to be ready at 5:55 pm 20 minutes later i had to go in and they were just working on it. Server stated they've been slammed all day! As I sat curbside there was 1 man at the counter. When I walked in there was a husband and wife only! There was absolutely NO sense of urgency. The vibe in the store was the team had little to no personality. No greeting people. No smiles. No pep in their step at all. Hair not covered. Wearing a hoodie with the hood up like a gangster. I had given this store another try but, it's worse than before. Will not be returning!!
