We’ve ordered from this subway a handful of times because it’s super close to our house, not one time has our order been correct.
Whether it’s not toasting the sub, not adding bacon or avocado that you extra pay for, or even just getting one made normal and having them forget to put any sauce on it. We even ordered once online and they told us after we went to pickup the order than an item we ordered had been discontinued, but they could refund us. It wasn’t a lot, but $12 is still $12. We even reached out to corporate a few times with absolutely no response, and the store refused to do anything about it. So, if you can hit another subway up and just ignore this one.

I am an avid subway customer, but sadly, I won’t be after my experience today. I had spoiled cucumbers on the three flatbreads that I bought. The Manager refused to give me a refund or any kind of store credit to make up for the inconvenience. She was blaming me as the customer as to why my food tasted spoiled and left a bad taste in my mouth, then asked me to take a photo of the cucumbers as if a photo was going to show the spoiled taste? Very disappointed in the customer service team and managers at Subway in Howland.

It's typical subway but my daughter loves it. The food is always consistent, the service is usually consistent, and the atmosphere is always the same. We like it. It's safe and consistent.

Nothing but high schoolers working here. I have ordered through the app multiple times and they have messed up significantly. Every time they don’t add an item I pay extra for. This time they didn’t heat my food nor add my add ons. This location is a joke

This used to be a great place to get a quality sandwich. Was there today and girl was like she didn't want to wait on me. Sarcastic tone and my sandwich was awful. Won't be back on the weekends for sure. Need to hire people who care about the costumers.
I’ve been coming to this subway for the last 15 years and it’s always been fantastic. I recently moved away, and I make it a point to come back every time I am in town. Fresh bread. Fresh veggies and smiling faces behind the counter make this an amazing experience. See you next time Howland Subway!

I’ve hit a good string of luck with this location. I’ve ordered online several times and every time the order was correct and perfectly made. Paid for extra meat and got it so I’m happy it looked good and tasted good and was ready on time. Will be back again I’m sure.

This place continues to slide backwards. Order online and get a lesser product, redeem a $2 reward and they skimp on it, this growing trend will stop me from going back unfortunately.
