I had such a great experience... The gentleman at the window was polite and friendly. (A lot of times people seem like they hate their jobs. He was not at all like that) I was the only customer in the drive thru. As soon as I pulled up, I paid for my food and as soon as the transaction was done, my food was given to me. I've never had my food ready so fast! (And the order is right LoL)

Normally always have problems with this taco bell. Always messing up my order in some way, takes forever to get my food, I've gotten numerous drinks with no syrup in the soda. When I order from doordash, half the time the dasher sits there for half an hour and there's no one helping them.

Ordered on the online app & instead of it going to the Elm rd where I was it went to this one. They would not allow me to cancel & get it where I was. Will fe with my credit card company.

Terrible service. Ordered beef tacos & was given bean instead & my cheesy beefy burrito had mostly rice & little meat. Like were they too lazy to make more meat? Or thought I wouldn't notice? Terrible!!!

We went for the Relive Y2K Campaign Taco Bell is doing, since they're bringing back some of the best items. The Double Deckers were made sloppy and some were soggy, they forgot two items, and we tried to call the store when we got home and realized this and the number doesn't work. There is no way to contact this branch.

There is a worker there in the morning tall light skinned thick beautiful woman I didn't get her name but she is amazing ♥️ she deserves everything!! Allot of ppl don't care about their job, but sure cares and it shows greatly appreciated for all your hard work!

My food was old are hard. I got 2 spicy potatoes Tacos and almost broke a tooth. Just make fresh ones. We waited a good min for no one being in line. But I hope to never go back.

Went here to get food around 12am, doors were locked which was fine cuz drive through was still open, but there was easily 8-10 people inside just all hanging out chillin with the staff. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they didn’t take 20 minutes to make my food, then mess it up anyways. Tried to go back through the line to have it fixed but it was so long and didn’t move for a solid 10 minutes, so I literally just drove to a different Taco Bell to get another order that was actually made right. I had to spend 2x the money on freaking tacos because the staff couldn’t do their jobs right and were too busy goofing off with friends inside.

We waited 40 minutes for our food inside today, which made my boyfriend late for work. We ordered off the kiosk and after 30 minutes I questioned them. The lady I’m guessing the manager apologized and explained it was booted off the screen by accident. Ok, so how are you going to compensate that? Because that’s ridiculous and a very ridiculous reason. I wasted my money on food that wasn’t ate due to the time. What I thought was going to be a quick stop turned into much longer and complicated. I just want my money back at this point. I’ll never visit this location again as of now, waste of time.

Always something messed up! Rice wasn’t seasoned at all. Didn’t give me my cheese sauce for my fry’s. Everything is all messed up. The order wasn’t even made correct at all. Not the mention I ordered off of DoorDash to.

I needed a place for a grandchild to use the restroom for an emergency. Upon entering the store I was immediately told the bathroom is locked and then told I could only use the bathroom if I ordered. Okay, I'll order. The the employees standing there doing nothing, because no one else was around, said I had to go use a kiosk.

I left, we really needed a restroom and couldn't wait.

I went to purchase the deluxe meal..drove 15 mins open the box no sauce or napkins..I'll called the store and the African voice manager was so rude to me and hung up.. letting people come to America with no customer service skills.
