Was stuck in the drive through for over 30 minutes, whole place looked like it was being ran by 2 teenagers who were standing around the whole time. $8 item was missing and multiple mistakes made and instructions not followed. Very disappointed

Took my money told me they were out of food never gave me a refund. Showed up to get either my food or money back they said there services were down. I emailed corporate no response. I went back a week later and the manager said she’d call me back and give me a coupon for my order never got a call back. I would advise against any online ordering at this store unless you want your money stolen.

I just had a very embarrassing moment here! These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was picking up for a delivery and I was told after the second employee asked my why I was there that they supposedly made the order already and someone took it. Ok, so someone comes in and steals the order and leaves the drink sitting here? The employee then continued to make fun of me of how I was speaking and was making "der ,der! " sounds. So they end up "remaking" the order and of course said employee was visually upset about having to make it. He proceeded to walk up front and ask if anyone needed their order taken and a gentleman said that he did and he said" would you mind using the kiosk behind you" and then walked back to the line, continuing to talk about me and the way I was talking to another employee and then at the same time I hear the girl at the drive thru register saying"der!" So they CLEARLY have no issue of making fun of someone with a disability... I hope they pull the footage and see where you two that I'm referring to are doing that and that you are HELD accountable for your actions. I was very nice and not rude to any of you and it's a shame that you felt the need to verbally make fun of me and the way I talk. This happened on 3/16/2025 approximately 4pm.

I am so tired of my food being made wrong... almost every single time... and unfortunately it's been this way for years now. I'm done having to complain or having to get refunded. I'll be going to Taco Bell on South St from now on...
