I just had a very embarrassing moment here! These people should be ashamed of themselves. I was picking up for a delivery and I was told after the second employee asked my why I was there that they supposedly made the order already and someone took it. Ok, so someone comes in and steals the order and leaves the drink sitting here? The employee then continued to make fun of me of how I was speaking and was making "der ,der! " sounds. So they end up "remaking" the order and of course said employee was visually upset about having to make it. He proceeded to walk up front and ask if anyone needed their order taken and a gentleman said that he did and he said" would you mind using the kiosk behind you" and then walked back to the line, continuing to talk about me and the way I was talking to another employee and then at the same time I hear the girl at the drive thru register saying"der!" So they CLEARLY have no issue of making fun of someone with a disability... I hope they pull the footage and see where you two that I'm referring to are doing that and that you are HELD accountable for your actions. I was very nice and not rude to any of you and it's a shame that you felt the need to verbally make fun of me and the way I talk. This happened on 3/16/2025 approximately 4pm.

I am so tired of my food being made wrong... almost every single time... and unfortunately it's been this way for years now. I'm done having to complain or having to get refunded. I'll be going to Taco Bell on South St from now on...
Waited for 30 minutes before we got to the window with one car in front of us. And told us they have no idea how long it would take for our food.

Today Sunday February 23rd was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell (elm rd) Made a mobile order of 2 luxe boxes and 1 large fry. My large fries were less than empty with none spilled in the bag so I brought it to their attention. Waited around 5 minutes more only for them to give me another fry with just a tad bit more fries and no nacho cheese. Then I open my box to eat my taco at home and I was at this point just laughing at what the taco looked like. Not to mention my box came with a ground beef chalupa instead of a chicken one. Whoever was working kitchen had to have been new because all the food sucked!

The second picture is what the dipping burritos were supposed to look like. Each time I ate them before this from another Taco Bell, that is what they did look like. No filling in the Chalupas and no filling in the Doritos Locos. This cost us over thirty-three Dollars.
We called tonight to complain on how bad everything we ordered was, the first time either of us has made a complaint in over 50 years of life each.
All the manager had to do was apologize, and send out a gift certificate to try to make it right.
Instead she insulted my wife, by saying the food is not supposed to look like it does in the ads.This should be embarrassing for them, but apparently, its business as usual.

Use to be good and made with love but now the tacos are gross and made very sloppy and kinda gross. No one really cares anymore. I don't think I finish it cause of how gross it tasted.

Always missing an item with my order no matter what.
Staff tonight on 1/4/25 was terrible.....waited 35 minutes for a 2 item door dash order and I was the only customer inside.. Rap music cranked up employees singing along and dancing while the drive thru is backed up clear to the empty parking lot next door.... absolutely ridiculous!

Waited in line for 20 minutes, which wasn't their fault, but the lady never handed me my card back, drove right back, and I walked in on them tying to hand my card off to some random person at the drive through. Turns out that they had already charged another $30 meal to my card, that I now had to wait 4 days to get back. Just tried them again tonight, got charged for three chicken flatbread melts, and only received two. They're fine so long as you check your bag, and wallet before pulling away.

I ordered a bean and rice burrito and the rice is hard- not even cooked- last week I ordered a burrito and got a taco. The taco was fine but not what I ordered. Drive thru is because I couldn’t eat and need to eat on the way. I don’t have time to turn around and don’t want to come back tomorrow. It’s a burrito! Not that tough unless the rice isn’t cooked!
