Our server Nadia was amazing, she took the time to make sure everyone’s food was correctly made, nothing was forgotten. We had a party of 6 and she was able to handle us perfectly all by herself, drinks never empty, all the sauce we could possibly need, and of course plenty of rolls.

Our waiter tonight Daniel was more than charming, he came up to our table with a bright smile and adorable Christmas tie! He brought so much cheer with him through his service! The food was just as amazing!

I had a perfect ribeye steak. It was flavorful and cooked the way that I ordered. The portions were large and tasty. The waitress was attentive, but not overbearing. The restaurant was full of people, but there was no wait to be seated or to be served.

There’s no place different I would’ve rather spent my tuesday night supper time at. All of the workers are so welcoming and kind, especially our server Savanna. She was on top of things, and very nice and inviting. We also had great service, despite them being busy. Amazing experience overall!!! Definitely recommend

Pat was our server and he was amazing! My baby has CMPA (cows milk protein allergy) and gets sick if he or I consume dairy, since the milk protein can contaminate my breast milk as well if I consume dairy. I have been on a dairy free diet and always cautious of what I eat to avoid making him sick. He is starting solids so we have to be even more careful with any allergy consumption. Pat made sure to check with the kitchen several times while our meal was being made to make sure there was no dairy cross contamination and that our baby was safe to enjoy some of the food as well. This was my first time at a restaurant feeling confident that neither my son nor I would have to worry about the kitchen messing up our meal and worrying about a reaction. It made me feel at ease and able to enjoy our meal, which was delicious, and my son loved being able to chew on some steak. I highly recommend this location for people with allergies as they are very kind and will work with you on safe preparation. And ask for Pat if you go in!

My husband and I eat at Texas roadhouse quite often, but our experience the other night were less desirable. We waited for a table, which is no problem, but as we were waiting, watch the hostess, take the rolls with butter and drop the butter and knew she dropped the butter on the floor and never picked it up. The three girls behind the reception desk saw it also never picked it up one of the guests next to us. Decide he would pick it up and try to get some of the butter off the floor and handed it to the three girls that were not doing anything and they seem quite disgusted that he even handed it to them. That was just the start. They told us our table was ready and we were led to it by the hostess that dropped the butter. The table was still being cleaned off with horrific debris food under the table all over the table and she wanted us to sit down. We said no please clean it up and one of the bus girls took it upon herself to try and clean the floor, (first of all, whoever brings their kids or whoever came out and left that at a restaurant like that shame on them but the way the restaurant handled it shame on them also. ) the bus girl looked at us and asked, is that good enough and we were in discussed and totally grossed out no, we replied, and she gave us a different table as she carried our rolls and butter from that table to the new table with her dirty hands that she was cleaning up the nasty mess on the floor. Needless to say, I asked for another basket of rolls and I was totally GROSSED OUT with the whole experience. IT LEADS ME TO BELIEVE IF THIS IS WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE BACK. 🤢BY THE WAY My husband and I both worked at a very Reputable restaurant in our day , in fact that’s where we met and we know how the restaurant businesses is. We know even when the restaurant is extremely busy. You need to do things correctly. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of where your hostess took us.It’ll be a long time before we ever come back if we do. By the way the butter mess was still there when we left the restaurant

Did you know they have a thing called roadkill ! To order ! It’s on the menu ! I swear ! I took the liberty of ordering a porterhouse with BONE IN before I realized they had an item on the menu called road kill ! I just couldn’t help myself laughing the girl in the booth next store had herself a birthday extravaganza I had to wait a little longer for my meal which was fine I got blue cheese and croutons this time which is rare for me their seasonings are just right with the flaky crust on a medium rare . I do prefer A1 sauce on the SIDE only and the chef recommended a really good cheese from bruhle as a garnish . Not sure what the chives were doing on the baked potato but they were good I can’t stress this enough next time you go look at the menu they have an item on there called ROAD KILL ! It just cracks me up . At a steak house no less ! It’s hysterical. What ended up being a really delicious steak got even better when I tried their hot lava cake for dessert not sure if I used my wife’s credit card or not by mistake but anyway I left a generous tip and grabbed a handful of Andes mints on the way out

I went to Texas Roadhouse today and I go there a lot. This was the worst meal and the server was not the best either. I asked for my steak to be medium rare. It was brought rare and I had th wait for the server to come over I finally raised my voice and she came over. She took the steak and they brought me another one but my potato and green beans was cold. I asked another person to heat up my potato and they got me a new one but hardly any butter and they did add cheese. But it was not hot enough to melt the cheese. This was the worst I ever had. I do eat ribeyes a lot and never have I had such a terrible experience.

Wishing we would have spent our anniversary, anywhere else. Were told it would be 10-20 minute wait, after 14 minutes we came back inside to wait, after 30 minutes we asked why people after us were being seated before us. She said oh we tried to call you several times. That was a lie. Not only had we been standing there for 15 minutes but we never received anything but the initial waitlist text and she said oh I’m not sure what happened. So, someone didn’t do their job, that’s what happened. After 4 more parties that came after us and another 10 minutes, we were sat. We waited forever for our salads, that had basically nothing but lettuce and one tomato in it, we didn’t even have time to eat them by the time our entrees came. Our steaks were to be medium, they were well done, but we were too hungry and annoyed to wait for new steaks. They had absolutely no flavor at all. The shrimps was way over cooked our sons applesauce had lettuce in it and I didn’t get a single refill until I was done eating. We never used to leave this place without cleaning our plates and today we brought home the whole meal. We keep hoping things get better here, but after the worst anniversary dinner ever, we’re confident they won’t!
