I had a reservation for 9 for Brunch. About an hour before we were to arrive I got a call from Bethany Mage who said she was setting things up for our reservation and wanted to know if we wanted a high top or low top tables. I requested low tops. Imagine my surprise when my guests and I arrived and were told that we didn't have a reservation!! She said everything was all screwed up and she would see what she could do. We waited a long time when finally Bethany said best they could do was put us in the bar!!! We followed her into the bar and had to wait until they shoved 3 high top tables together for us! Not what I imagined when I booked our Girls Brunch and Holiday Shopping Day. We then were told that a mistake was made and they weren't serving Brunch until next week. What?? So disappointed. We all ended up with sandwiches and sat in the middle of the bar while people kept bumping thru the bar headed to the Ballroom to shop. This was such a mess. The only highlight was the waitress we had. She was delightful.

The service was great as well as the food and drinks. It was very disappointing that they were out of bread and did not have desserts to offer. We were celebrating our anniversary dinner and this was somewhat of a let down to the whole dinner package.

This could be a really lovely restaurant - the food was delicious, and the windows overlooking the pool area and golf course make for a lovely and unique backdrop. I am just left to wonder how a reservation only restaurant could be so woefully mis-staffed. We waited to be seated (ungreeted) for almost 5 minutes while 2 staff members whispered behind the stand and did something on their phones, not greeting us or addressing our group at all. Once our group of 7 was seated, we waited at least 15 minutes to see our waitress. This was a theme. We finally went to the bar and got our own drinks, asked 3 times for bread before getting it, and the sous chef eventually brought our meals. There seemed to be enough staff, so I have no idea what the break down was (a theme for this whole stay actually). It was my friends 40th birthday, and it was a lot for all of us to rearrange our schedules and make it to this fun stay. I am SO disappointed that this is how the her birthday dinner will be remembered.

Restaurant is super hit or miss/ you will get something that is delicious and the other item you order will be cold and bland. Kind of goes for everything on the menu. The service is usually pretty good. Kind of what to expect for a resort restaurant

The waitress was horrible and they lied about our reservation. We were for 4 1/2 hours and we spent more time waiting on our server to come back. Orders were messed up a long with bills. The was not a good experience.

My husband & I celebrated our 23rd anniversary. It was a quiet Sunday evening dinner & everything was wonderful!! We will definitely be going again! A very nice quick getaway.

We dined at The Atrium for Mother's Day and had a lovely time. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating, the food was great and the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. My mother enjoyed her celebration, and we will definitely be back.
