The Atrium was an experience. The Service was impeccable and consistent from the bar to the cigar room. The atmosphere was better than expected. Although the food was good, it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. It’s definitely worth the re-visiting. I would recommend.

Although service was a little slow, the food was excellent and the servings were very generous. Don't plan on eating there if you only have an hour for lunch. My daughter and granddaughter had to take their food and leave as soon as their food arrived. We had a very sweet waitress who made our visit enjoyable though! We would definitely go again when we have more time!!

We had reservations at 6:30 PM for six people. We got drinks and then ordered food an hour later still nothing and we were starving so the server then mentioned that we could have a basket of bread. It's complementary. We waited an hour for bread. I don't know, the meals came out and they were good, but then when it was time for the bill to come it took forever. Then she missed the bills up so we sent it back. She came back again and it was wrong for a second time. At this point 2 1/2 hours had gone by and we're still waiting for her to come back with our checks accurately. We finally told her just to give us all individual checks and we'll figure it out . Overall, we were not impressed with the service, especially for the price of things .

Abbey was our waitress and provided not only great service, she also worked well with our table of 4. The house made chips appetizer were some of the made on site chips I've had, not greasy & nasty like some. The entrees we had were the salmon, which was very good, salads that came with it good also

Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment. There was confusion about our reservation at first, but ultimately, they found us a table. Our drinks took 40 minutes, and our dinners took an hour and a half. It's completely unacceptable. We talked to the manager, something we rarely do, and she was not very interested in our concerns. At a place that bills self as a top-notch resort, it was a real miss. The food when it did arrive wasn't hot and was mediocre at best. If you are looking for a nice meal at an upscale location, I urge you to go somewhere else.

We sat at the pool patio to have lunch and it was lovely. The food was absolutely amazing. Had a side of tofu, some of the best tofu I've ever had. Also had a Flatbread which was great. Vegan options here. The service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Weird day. We walked in to the hostess stand and had a reservation for Father's Day and the hostess was so sweet then a server yelled to her “do not seat them. We are on a seating hold. Don't seat them!” Hostess explained we had reservations- we prob should've left then. Usually have great things to say for the food at least. Staff was rude, our waitress was nice but let us know the whole kitchen called off tried to be understanding. Waitress said they couldn't put any orders in and breakfast was over at 11 am (it was 10:45 am) so we could eat from the buffet but couldn't order. We didn't know what to do and wanted to be understanding so I got the buffet and gave my kids fruit from the buffet then still had to pay for my kids to eat at the buffet when I couldn't order anything they'd actually eat. Won't be back for a meal mainly because the staff is always unprofessional.

The Atrium at The Grand Resort is conveniently located in the main building and provides a view of the pool side. The table service was prompt and friendly and the manager stopped by our table to say hello. We ordered the skillet shepard's pie made with Wagu beef, accompanied by a fresh side salad. The dish was very tasty. Just a note, this entree contains corn which, my spouse, being English, was a bit disappointed with - sorry. Next time, I will try the chicken pot pie as my entree. Overall, it was a nice meal and a good atmosphere.

We have always enjoyed the Atrium! Whether it's brunch, lunch or dinner the Atrium never fails to deliver!! The staff is attentive and personable and the Grand Resort is just that - Grand!!

Everything about our experience was amazing. Service was excellent, food was delicious and at the right temperature, and drinks were on point. If all that wasnt enought, the place is beautiful!!We cannot wait to go back.

Very good food and very reasonable for a resort. Atmosphere and service was also great. We really enjoyed our dining experience while we were staying there. We also ordered pizza one night for room service that was also reallu good!

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and very reasonable.

Parking: During dinner hours parking can be kind of difficult but that wouldnt stop me from going.
