I'm a delivery driver, things need to be ready. The girl up front was rude. I waited so long I missed out on about 30.00 of deliverie, then I get a response from the owner... which is a joke. I live on the street this business is connected to, so I went all through my neighborhood letting them know how I was treated. On top of that I'm going to let the city know how the parking lot is effecting local traffic. I will also contact the health department for a inspection in which I have friends.

Excellent coffee with a warm atmosphere and super accommodating team.

Owner screws over instacart drivers who bring food and supplies for her business. Every instruction she gave to deliver was followed but she still removes tip. Bad owner who expects customers to tip her employees but can’t tip her own drivers who bring food and supplies for her business.
Edit Reply: You literally had one today from sams club.

It was our first time coming here. The website made it looked so good, but we were very disappointed in how long it took to get out food. Over 30 minutes to get breakfast sandwiches when we were the only people there. No explanation for why it took so long. Their gelato machine was broken, so no getting the cute gelato and coffee flights on their website. Very disappointed.

I go here to get coffee a lot and it is always so good. The atmosphere is nice as well for hanging out with friends or even wanting some place for studying or work. The workers are always friendly as well.

The waffles I got were great! However my partner had to get her food remade as they didn't listen to her allergy concern. That is common occurrence, but she lost her bacon in the process.
The food is not worth the price overall. The prices look average, but portions are small. The place is cute and seating is comfortable. My partner says "The ambiance is wonderful and it's a cute cafe."
I would recommend it, but note that the portions are small.

Dietary restrictions: Be very explicit with your allergies and they will try their best to accommodate. Just check your food before digging in.

First time. Things were clean and comfortable. Muffins were small and over baked. Refrigerated. Flavor of the strawberry cream cheese muffin was really good. The waffle was dense and sweet. It made my stomach hurt. The food was served on paper plates. I would like more environmentally friendly service so that we’re not throwing away so many cups and plates. The outside and inside didn’t exactly match. Lots of potential. very family friendly. At almost noon people were sitting around having a comfortable brunch when we were there.

Kid-friendliness: The kids there were enjoying their menu options. Families could either sit at tables or in couch and chair option areas.

It was my first time here. It took 20 minutes for my hot Latte. I ordered a Decaf, Pot of Gold Latte with Oat Milk. I'm not sure what it was, but it had no taste or flavoring. They were extremely busy, and I didn't bother to have them correct this.

TL;DR: It took 10 minutes to get a cappuccino because there were only (seemingly?) two people working. It's a bunch of little things about this place that annoy me. I really really want to like it. The interior is cute, and its very close to my house. I like coffee. Their breakfast tastes good. Staff is always friendly. Prices are a tad bit high (+$1.05 for oat milk? cmon man...)But dear lord, the service is SLOW. And its not the employee's fault. Every time I've went, they're running a skeleton crew. Multiple times there's one person taking orders, making a queue of 5 customer's drinks, and grabbing people's food out of the back.Espresso machines are fiddly, and thats fine. I don't mind waiting a few minutes - but today it was over 10. While waiting, a customer came in, stood around for 30 seconds, saw that no one was in the front to take an order, looked at the line of 4 people waiting on their food/drinks, and then she walked out the door. A missed sale. Other days, I've waited >20 minutes for two waffle meals. They've changed their hours to be only open 4 days a week. Management desperately needs to hire more people. And the little payment kiosk always has the audacity to ask for a tip...

43 minutes to make a chicken salad sandwich and bacon/ egg biscuit with two orders in front of me and zero food orders in between. WOW very disappointed in the service BUT the chicken salad was delicious and their coffee is really good too. Maybe I just caught them on a lazy Friday afternoon, but I must reflect the experience I received in my reviews. I also felt bummed that you must order and pay for your meal ahead of time and pay at a register, so was eating in so I tipped well… won’t make that mistake again for I received very lousy service. I bet this place is great for some folks but you may just have to catch the staff on a good day. I would just stick to ordering their coffee… it’s fantastic.

WOW. Amazing coffee and even better customer service! I ordered a pound of the Strudel and a pound of the Butter Rum coffee. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the Strudel and although she certainly didn’t have to- due to the inconvenience - they gave me a pound of the Sugar Cookie for free! The Sugar Cookie was delicious and so flavorful, I cannot wait to try the Strudel. The Butter Rum was also so flavorful and smooth! There were issues with the software I used to place the order and Lisa drove all the way to my house to deliver my order herself. She even threw in a few cookies for free which were SO GOOD! The cookies were moist and tasted like my grandma literally just got done whipping them up.I highly recommend this coffee shop to all coffee and sweets lovers! A local gem. We are lucky!
