This was easily the worst first experience I’ve had with The Rig.
I placed a to-go order with a scheduled pickup time of 6:45 PM. I arrived a few minutes early at 6:40, fully expecting to wait until my order was ready. Instead, I was immediately handed a box of pizza that had clearly been sitting on the counter for quite some time.
I chose a specific pickup time because I wanted hot, fresh food when I got home. Instead, I ended up reheating a $50 meal as soon as I walked through the door. That’s pretty disappointing, especially for a first visit.

Cool little place, the wings are absolutely fire ( spicy ranch Cajun style) music was good, jukebox inside, and a band outside. If definitely come back next time im in town.

One of the best bars I’ve ever been to! The staff were amazing even when the customers were not so amazing. They had the BEST wings I’ve ever had hands down! The live music was a highlight of the night! Highly recommend

So this is the 3rd time in a row my order has been messed up. I try to give benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I ordered 3 sets of 8 each time and anymore they can’t get it right. I ask for extra sauce and 4 of the wings have zero sauce on two of the orders and the other 4 barely have any. Each time I’m told I have to run them back to swap but that is just getting old. They have my favorite sauce but I’m done wasting my money and time.
