Thank you UAL! it was an aggravating day & my beer, wings, pretzel, and cheese balls and great staff were what I needed tonight! 😋
Against my better judgement I decided to try UAL again for the first time since last year. The last few times the service was slow and the food was incorrect. Today was no different. They take 45 minutes longer than their own said pick up time and don't care enough to do a 20 second courtesy check to ensure your order is right. Never again, don't waste your time or money.
Can’t even get them to answer the phone called 20 times go right to voicemail
