Against my better judgement I decided to try UAL again for the first time since last year. The last few times the service was slow and the food was incorrect. Today was no different. They take 45 minutes longer than their own said pick up time and don't care enough to do a 20 second courtesy check to ensure your order is right. Never again, don't waste your time or money.

The bar tender was super nice and happy. We were there early for brunch. Loved it even tho the breakfast sandwich was small, we're coming back for sure.
