Even with it being very busy due to the vendor show today, I still had hands down the best smash burger I have had in a very long time today from Urban Tap! It was soooo good!

Love this place! Always a great time. Our waitress has always been so sweet and pleasant to talk to. The Wonton Chicken Tacos are my favorite! Haven't had anything bad to eat there.

I just love going to Urban Tap. Their atmosphere and food are amazing not to mention how great the servers are. 5 stars all the way.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to say something. My boyfriend and I have been here about 10 times since opening, at first we gave the benefit of the doubt and said it was because it’s a new place. But now, there aren’t excuses to give. The waitstaff is clearly not being trained properly & not attentive enough to guests (especially when it’s not busy). I’ve seen one of the owners or managers make a waitress cry while she was waiting for a drink to be made for her table. And now this afternoon, I was there with my boyfriend for about 40 minutes, I was on my lunch break so I had limited time. He ordered my lunch before I got there, the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The bartender was a sweet girl and seemed new. When they brought our food out I was starved so I scarfed down half of my wrap. When I picked up the second half, I saw bacon. I haven’t ate bacon in 8 years. My boyfriend obviously knows this and wouldn’t order me something named “chicken bacon ranch wrap” but lo and behold that’s what the bartender rang in. She corrected the mistake by ringing in the correct order and the kitchen made the same chicken bacon ranch wrap. A waitress came out from the kitchen and before I could take a bite of this new one, said “they made the wrong wrap again” so they remade the CORRECT wrap and made it Togo so I could take it back to work since I’ve now wasted my break. But on top of this, despite the mistakes made on the restaurants behalf, we were then made to pay for the mistaken wrap and my new wrap. I wasted an hour lunch break and money. No more second chances, we won’t be back.

Urban tap is the BEST restaurant around. I drive 30 minutes, pass plenty of places, just to end up HERE. The food is amazing, as they bring on their own fun and delicious approach to many traditional meals. The service is friendly and timely, they make the experience fun! The atmosphere is simply one you want to be in. It’s upbeat, colorful, fun, adds sparkle to any dine in experience. GO HERE!!!!

The best food in the area, hands down! The atmosphere is modern and fun. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! They have brought so much entertainment to the area and are on top of the trends! They have patio says, when the weather is warm, where you can bring your dog while you eat and listen to live music. You will no doubt have a great time at this restaurant! No one leaves unsatisfied! Their burgers are my absolute favorite and my kid is obsessed with their chicken strips and fries!! We love their flat breads and love love love their pastas. Did I mention they even have a “secret menu”. That’s right, if you happen to follow them on social media, you will find out all about it. This place already has a huge cult following for a very obvious reason! Urban Tap is exactly what this area needed. So cool and so delicious! Don’t walk, run over and see what all the commotion is about. Just be sure to save me a seat!Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere and games to play! The staff is amazing with children! My kid loves it there!
