The manager was rude. Came at 440pm on 7/18/2025. The reward scanner hasn't been working for week's. They need a new one. The manager was yelling at the cashier annette in the drive through. The manager that is missing teeth and wears a bun on her head. Fix the machine. It's not the cashiers fault.

Literally 6 people behind counter and no one working the register. Had them all look at us and ignore us. When we finally spoke up and asked if someone was going to help us we were told they were shorthanded. No one else in lobby and 1 car in driveup. Young lady that finally helped us had crazy bad attitude, slamming trays etc.

I wish I knew the names of the two girls who have smiled at me while giving me my order, because they seem to be the only two here with any level of personality. Is no one there happy ever? I actually had one person groan out loud when I changed my drink choice at the speak -- the only change to my order! It is only due to its location in relation to my commute that I continue to patronize them but I think I need to just give up. Today a co-worker was going there for lunch so I placed a mobile order. The store and address were correct. They hissed impatiently at her that there was no such mobile order in such a way that she just added to her own order instead. I am done with this place. I have done the mobile surveys a few times. Management responded by promptly not giving a shit.

Not that these reviews matter anyways. But in the middle of suing this establishment because we ordered the mushroom burger thru the app. They couldn't make because of missing items. Order canceled. Now refusing to return money. 30 bucks is going to turn into 300 quick thieves

The entire crew is trashy and needs replaced. They are all very confrontational, also careless. I do not want to go back to this location anymore. I don’t feel comfortable. When these people start being hostile to me, it makes me feel like they are going to tamper with my food. Very poor experience anytime I went. 1/20/25 (Night Shift)

I ordered a baconator through the drive through and when I opened it when I got home, not was there a hair on it there was hair cooked into the burger. Not just like peaking out from under the bun, it was someone full length scorched hair coming out of the side of the patty. How do you miss this? Whos okay with sending that out? Oh this guy's not going to drive back out here just give it to him. I worked 9 hours today and this was the first time I had a chance to eat so thank you for wasting my money and my appetite

Horrible horrible you pay them they take your money and will not give the food order to you they say you no pay but you have receipt and transaction on your bank account you asked to speak to supervisor and they tell you no so I paid for a big order and no got food to eat for my twins
