Not that these reviews matter anyways. But in the middle of suing this establishment because we ordered the mushroom burger thru the app. They couldn't make because of missing items. Order canceled. Now refusing to return money. 30 bucks is going to turn into 300 quick thieves

The entire crew is trashy and needs replaced. They are all very confrontational, also careless. I do not want to go back to this location anymore. I don’t feel comfortable. When these people start being hostile to me, it makes me feel like they are going to tamper with my food. Very poor experience anytime I went. 1/20/25 (Night Shift)

I ordered a baconator through the drive through and when I opened it when I got home, not was there a hair on it there was hair cooked into the burger. Not just like peaking out from under the bun, it was someone full length scorched hair coming out of the side of the patty. How do you miss this? Whos okay with sending that out? Oh this guy's not going to drive back out here just give it to him. I worked 9 hours today and this was the first time I had a chance to eat so thank you for wasting my money and my appetite

Horrible horrible you pay them they take your money and will not give the food order to you they say you no pay but you have receipt and transaction on your bank account you asked to speak to supervisor and they tell you no so I paid for a big order and no got food to eat for my twins

Rude staff, awful food. I concur with the guy that left a recent review about a baconator. I ordered a baconator and it was the saddest baconator I've ever been served.
It's ironic that "where's the beef?" can now be asked literally.

I went there for DoorDash order and employee that was wearing a blue shirt black pants and glasses seemed like the manager and he went ahead and told a girl to get the DoorDash which I assume he knew I was a DoorDash sure when he was just standing there with his arms crossed at the fire station. The lady asked for the name I went ahead and told her she did not give me a wait time. It was very unprofessional And I am just in shock of how customer service is lately.

terrible service and just do an overall terrible job compared to any other fast food chain in the area. no matter what size fry you order expect the box to be 2/4 of the way full with none in the bag either. had this same issue the last 3 times i've went
The girl taking your $$$ needs to get out of retail asap, find a job not dealing with the public. Wow terrible experience with her assuming she knows her job when she doesn't. As for the girl answering the phone thanks. They serve lunch as soon as they open..

it’s a shame i have to give this place a bad review because of the workers there. we got our food and we were making sure we had everything like a normal person would do. in the most attitude way this lady opens the window and say “ what’s the problem”. she closed the window and started talking about us, and when i say talking about us she is staring at us talking some smack. i have been here multiple times and never once had i have a problem until today. we are people and we should get treated better.
