Wow! We stumbled upon West & Main when picking up T-shirts down the street. AMAZING!! The Ohio Corn and Bacon Rigatoni was delicious. I highly recommend trying it. My husband loved his burger. Classic! The service was top notch! What a great find in downtown Warren!

My girlfriends and I had a great lunch experience today ( 8-15-25 ). The mushroom rigatoni was delicious and full of mushrooms with a light,flavorful sauce. A+ The cheddar & gouda grits...Best I have ever had ! The Bone-In Porkchop was so juicy and delicious. Yes, I had a bite and will be having that next time because WOW !! I hope they keep the Arancini because it is amazing and crispy and will be loved by ALL !!! We got to talk with Nate,the owner and Chef. He was so pleasant and answered any questions we had. Great guy ! The servers were very pleasant and attentative. Your drinks will never be empty there !! Love that !! Just all around a fantastic experience !! 10 out of 10 !! I wanna go back tomorrow..LOL

OMG !! The food there is amazing !! My friends and I went there for lunch today and it was the best lunch we had in a while !! I had the Mushroom Rigatoni and it was soooo tasty and sooo many mushrooms,which I liked because I love mushrooms. I also HAD TO get a side of their Cheddar & Gouda Grits....Best grits I have ever eaten !!! No joke...velvety and cheesy...To Die For !!My friend, Danielle, had the Bone-In Porkchop and I needed a bite because I almost got it...NEXT TIME because it was so juicy and had amazing flavor. Seriously,NEXT LEVEL! Definite 10 out of 10 !! And Carissa had the Roasted Beet & Arugula Salad with a side of fries. Cant go wrong there !! And the fries were still nice and crispy and TASTY !! And the Arancini is out of this world !! ** The service was amazing too and we actually spoke to Chef Nate,the owner as well. He answered any questions and I just have to sing his praise because his food is fantastic and delicious and the servers are so nice and attentative. We will be back..definitely !! Like maybe TOMORROW..LOL

I live in the Columbus area, but come into town often to see family and friends. This restaurant is one of my absolute favorites! The food is always outstanding, the service is excellent and the bartenders make tasty cocktails. We always have a great time! Highly recommend!!

Great first time experience. Milan was my server and was great. Went safe and got a burger. It was delicious, but wish I would have tried something else. Clean environment. Would definitely come back.

I would like to point out that the person making the reservation stated the party would end up being 30 to 40 individuals after dinner was finished. This party did not force any party out or was an inconvenience for any incoming party. The restaurant was empty when we entered and was emptied when we left. This solely was an issue with the owner and his ineptitude in running a customer service business. Never should a customer have to deal with being ridiculed and put down by an owner for reuniting with loved ones over such a joyous weekend as a wedding.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was an embarrassment. We had a large group reuniting after more than a decade—an incredibly special occasion. Instead of being welcoming or even remotely professional, the owner had the audacity to literally point fingers in people’s faces because gasp a few of us weren’t glued to our exact seats. Are you serious?
It was like dealing with a wannabe drill sergeant running a prison cafeteria, not a hospitality business. No flexibility, no basic human decency—just rigid rules and rude behavior. If you’re looking for a place that respects you as a customer (or even just as a human being), this is NOT it. Stay far, far away.

Disrespectful owner, a real jerk to his customers! Dont you dare stand in the isle or sit in the wrong seat or you will be asked to leave! He can't handle the pressure of a crowded establishment. We attended a family gathering here and the owner was like a crazed pitbull, glaring at us from the kitchen. 35-40 people came for a nice dinner and drinks and were told to leave. I could even tell his employees sensed his demeanor and looked unhappy. If you want a nice evening out, don't go here! The only nice thing was the bartender and waitress; I felt a bit sorry for them as you could see it on their faces. Sad.
