Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant

I took my girlfriend to the restaurant for her birthday. There were 12 other people there with us. Our server whose name was just k was fantastic! The food quality in my opinion is better than Abuelo's Mexican restaurant and both places are priced about the same. I think they are a little expensive for the food type in which they serve. Overall the experience was good and I recommend giving it a try if you like Mexican food that's not fast food like Taco Bell.

Great service. The corn tortillas were a little over doen bit the flour was good. The tomatillo pineapple salsa was excellent.

The food was great and our waiter was very polite. The food not only was quite delicious but didn't require a long wait prior to being received. Abuelo's has many delectable options and waiters like Dylan make the restaurant very hospitable -- he deserves a raise. You will not be disappointed if you decide to come here with your family.

Literally my favorite Mexican restaurant! Writing this review is making my mouth water just thinking about the food! There is no not a better Mexican restaurant around and I live over 30 minutes away! I will drive pretty much anywhere for good food.

My husband and 1.5yr old daughter went to dinner and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. I had the vegetarian fajitas and loved it! As a vegetarian, I appreciate there being such a yummy dish on your menu for me.

THE best Tex Mex restaurant I have ever been in. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, atmosphere is architectually superb. Great prices, great music.

Excellent and they have a ridiculously extensive menu. My daughter could barely choose. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. It was her first time here. My fajitas were so tasty. We will definitely be back.

Beer was cold. Chips are salsa were good. Dinner came very quick and was hot and delicious.

I wish I didn't have to drive all the way to Cleveland, but still worth it; I'd eat it everyday if I could. Not authentic, but the food is amazing. The shredded beef is the best beef I've ever had, full of flavor and practically melts in your mouth. I could be served a bowl of just that and id be happy. They did get rid of my favorite dish, Sonora, but it doesn't matter, I've never had a bad meal. The drinks are really good, service is always amazing. I highly recommend no matter how far you need to drive; whether it's around the corner or an hour. I wish I was eating it right now.

Friday night was my first time eating at Abuelo's. It was great! They serve a green chili mango salsa with their chips that is awesome! The tacos were very good, loved the rice. The service could have been a little better but I don't hold it against our server or any of the servers. The management needs to hire more or schedule more for a Friday night. I'll give our server credit. She was very attentive given being understaffed. I'm looking forward to going back!

Mother's day lunch with the wife! We felt that all of the sauces were too watery. Other than that Abuelo's offered a nice setting and good food. The prices were average. The attention to customers was poor; I never got my glass for my beer which I ordered prior to the appetizers, I even reminded the waiter!! I'd order to go next time.

Has some really good Mexican food, my family always goes here for mother's day. Service is always nice and quick. The place itself is also very nice and has a good atmosphere.

Great service everyone is having a great time. Food has authentic flavor but unique , not heavy like cheap places. Decor is fabulous as well.
