The Street tacos tasted like vomit. The floor is absolutely disgusting It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Take a look. The place literally stinks.

Horrible atmosphere, took forever to be waited on, and waiter lied about taking wife's points from the app, in addition to the toilet but having toilet paper.

This location of Buffalo Wild Wings has the WORST staff in the country. No one greets you and they put the TO GO orders immediately into the warming oven WITHOUT checking to see if it's an order for a waiting customer. They also act like entitled spoiled brats when a waiting customer attempts to ask the status of where their order is. That is if anyone can even find a staff member to express their concerns to. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO SHUTTER AND CLOSE DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

It was really nice but they did not put in my carrot with my order and I payed for it

I came in at 7:40pm. Didn’t see a waiter until 8pm. I had a guy named Tristan. Took my order and then disappeared. Came back about a half hour later saying the kitchen is behind… mind you there’s about 6 other tables max, and they have a waitress who was doing a decent job.

Hour goes by before I get my food… not only is it cold, but he forgot silverware and the Ranch. Asked for that and a refill on my drink that’s sat empty the entire time I’ve been there.
Another 20 minutes go by before I get silverware.
Never got the ranch, and didn’t get the refill.
I had to wave him down several times over the next 10 minutes before I got the drink.

Then sat another 20 minutes waiting for the check. Had to ask other people there to help.

I’m not saying this place is bad, but Tristan is the absolute worst. If you get him, ask for someone else.

If I could leave Zero Stars I would. Everything was awful. We waited almost an hour for our drinks. Our food took over an hour to come out. The entire place was filthy. The men’s bathroom had blood on the toilet. Everywhere you looked there was a dirty table. I would not recommend this place. The manager should be ashamed, no one has any idea what they were doing, clearly. If you’re thinking of stopping here, just don’t. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

My order of fries. Paid $5 for a handful of fries. Was just at a different location the week prior and received thrice as much

Picked up food during my lunch break. I arrived 5 minutes after the quoted time and they had not yet started my order. When they gave me the order it did not include the sides of ranch I ordered. The chicken wrap I ordered was missing every single ingredient but the chicken and wing sauce - no cheese, ranch, tomatoes or lettuce that it was supposed to come in it. Wtf. Disappointing.

I don’t understand how on every carry out order I’ve ever order from this place you do not put any sauce. Even when I pay extra money for more sauce. This is ridiculous. Rather go 5 more minutes to mayfield. This place sucks

I ordered my food for delivery and didn’t get it for 2 hours, when it came it was cold and the fries were rock hard and stale… while waiting for my order I called the store to ask for an update on it and I called about 8 times and no one answered. Horrible service, horrible food.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming to this particular establishment. I do agree with most reviews the service was so poor and very dirty in the inside. Costumer service was an all time rate of 0 most of the staff seemed a bit angry with taking orders and seating my party. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend at all if it was the last b dubs open in the state.
