Clown 🤡 show Came in around 2:00 was seated by a male dressed like a janitor. Slow at the time maybe five total seated, gal came took my order...traditional wing lunch special. I asked wings be crispy, came out in three to five minutes Luke warm at best with no drink, silverware or ranch dressing. Five minutes go by, waitress comes & asks how's the wings, I looked at her with disgust & said where's the amenities so I can start eating, she made up some excuses & about five minutes later they came out. Ate the food but asked for the manager, he reminded me of Otis on the Andy Griffith show, didn't care & walked away.

The food was good- at least the food we ordered and actually received. I think this place has a real issue with finding good service providers. Our waitress was polite, but not sure if it was her or the cook, the orders were just not correct. At all. And then she didn’t adjust the bill to correct for add-ons that were never added to the order. Idk. No one else was even in the restaurant so I felt the lack of detail to the order disappointing.

Service was good, the place was clean, but the food left me feeling underwhelmed.

My daughter and I were supposed to meet for lunch at a neighboring restaurant, but at 12:30 it was overflowing, so we came to Buffalo Wild Wings. The parking lot was almost empty here, which then made me think they were closed. Nope. It was open, but hardly anyone in at peak lunch time. I was pretty surprised there were so many open tables and a lunch ‘rush’ never came the hour and a half we were there.

We were seated by a pleasant host and our server was energetic and also quite pleasant. Our food came within 15-20 minutes of ordering. I had a chicken wrap with tortillas on a tiny tray. My daughter had a chicken cheesesteak sandwich with fries.

I thought the food was just okay and very small portions. What I did think was tasty was the passion fruit drink my daughter ordered; it was very tasty.

I thought for $40 we would have had just a little more food. Most places I have gone to for lunch have given me so much food, I usually take half of it home.

Again, the service was good and the people were very nice and attentive. I just don’t know if this will be a place to which I return.

I’ve order from here multiple times and the foods usually pretty good, but I ordered extra ranch with my food and paid extra for it and never got the ranch I also ordered celery and carrots and didn’t get that I did get though a half full blue cheese that I didn’t ask for beside that the foods good just wish they didn’t forgot half of what I wanted😐

Called to speak to the general manager they put me through to the manager and the manager didn’t even know his last name or wasn’t even sure of his first name. Also, I waited 20 minutes to get a hold of somebody very very poor service.

Went for national wing day- was told systems went down and they weren’t taking any more orders for the day. 😡. What a waste

Waitress charged us full price during the Wednesday all day pint beer special refused to change the prices. Wouldn’t honor the special. Asked to talk to manager and server said she could only take 1.00 off the bill. She took our drink order assuring us we were purchasing beer that was Wednesday draft special prices

This location is never welcoming. Walked in with no greeting and stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes before someone walked out of the kitchen to help me. Mind you, there was a table of associates & a manager who all saw me standing there but nobody moved to assist me. Just stood there with my son listening to all the cussing and trash talk coming from the kitchen. Never a good experience here but unfortunately is the closest location to me & we wanted wings.
Usually like to dine in when we grab dinner out BUT I wouldn’t dare do that again at this location. I feel like they eventually will be shut down, especially considering all the pleasant places to eat right on the other side of the bridge.
