Ordered a chocolate cakes on the app at 9:30. According to the app, my order was supposed to be done at 10. I got there at 10:15 purposely because I know this location takes long with orders, and I didn’t feel like waiting. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food to get done (while everybody else got theirs) I would’ve completely understood if they were busy, but no.. they just lost my order ticket. By the time I got my order I was ready to go, got home and noticed I didn’t get ice cream or the chocolate sauce I paid for. I’m done with this location.

The house has a sports decor with several games on the TVs. I ordered the traditional buffalo wings. Lemon pepper and honey garlic. It was good.

Spent $80. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Service is terrible. Lots of people have horrible attitudes. Every time I’ve ordered here my order is always wrong and/or things always forgotten. done eating here man….

The girl working was extremely rude and was slamming things around. They messed up our order and when we came back to get it fixed, she said I should have called first because they are trying to leave . We watched the girl at take out scold a lady in front of people over change she never gave to the customer. I never got all 4 flavors of wings I ordered and when we said something she simply said “O” . And never attempted to fix it.

I really like buffalo w wings.But this place needs more servers. doesn’t matter the day of the week you go. the food and drinks takes forever since they don’t have enough staff to serve you. This is a nice location don’t get me wrong,but they have to improve it for sure.
We stood to be seated for about 25 minutes and there was no line, but they were very busy. No one was able to pay and no one was able to be seated despite having seats available. Understandably, they were very busy. But no one even talked to us. There was no one hosting and no one at the check out/to go order desk. It was so odd.

Been a loyal customer for years. They messed up my order. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing else for my kid. See picture. When I called the manager he was flat out rude. Said if I wanted to I could drive all the way back for a new one. I just wanted a credit. In the store he was also very rude. He has the customer service skills of a DMV clerk.
