Food was cooked in old oil, chicken had a slightly burnt taste. Service was fast pace during lunch hour, the waiting area gets a little congested. Just don't see the appeal for this place.
Literally the slowest chick fil a on this side of the Mississippi. Frequently run out of stuff and act like McDonald's with their condiments sometimes. Plan to sit in the drive through for minimum 20min. Minimum. Worse customer service and attitudes than even Miami chick fil a's. Guess this is the experience you get when the majority of the staff is black. Can't think of any other reason.

Messed up and gave me the wrong salad drove all the way back approached them with kindness and politeness just to correct the salad for me to get home and it’s wrong again. This location went completely down hill “it must be privately owned”. This was not my first time either.

This is theee most ghetto Chick-fll-A I’ve ever been too! Customer service is horrible. Go through drive thru- first thing the kid (girl) says is what’s your name! Like excuse me!! No hello, no greeting of no sort! Stop hiring these rude kids to work here!! This was around 8pm on a Friday night!!

It was my birthday and they me free breakfast because I waited in line past breakfast. The cashier was only going to serve me lunch at 1035am, but the manager listened to my story and gave me a free breakfast. After that, he told me to have a nice day!!!

Ordered a fruit bowl and chicken minis. Missed getting the honey mustard in my bag. Next time. Food was at the right temperature. Pleasant staff for so early in the morning.
Really disappointing experience at this location. I went with a friend from Puerto Rico and when she was asked her name for the order, the associate responded with “I don't believe that is your real name”. Will NEVER revisit this location. I'd prefer to spend my money at an establishment that treats everyone with respect regardless of color, creed, race, or religion.

Wow.... I went in to pick up a DD order and about 6 people just starred at me. Nobody helped for about 10 minutes. I finally got someone's attention and the order was sitting behind the counter the entire time. They could have easily put them on the pick up shelves. Get it together!
