The place was not clean and they didn't have no food what Chipotle don't have food they were out of everything luckily I was not ordering for me but the person I was ordering for just wanted chicken so they had chicken

Google, and the door at chipotle say they close at 11. I walked in at 10:20, got all the way up to the counter and then they said they were closed… can’t be true because the hours on the door, and the UNLOCKED DOORS say otherwise. And no one ever came behind me to pick the doors.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! BAD ATTITUDES!
Just left this chipotle on March 14 2025 at 5:40 PM the people at the chipotle have no type of customer service. The girl on the line the tall girl on the line was getting an attitude because I asked questions about how I was gonna get charged for my food and then was told she didn’t know and had an attitude and told me to ask the manager, however she was the same person who proceeded to step in when I asked another employee about the price and say you can’t ask her she’s new ask me, and when I asked her she had an attitude and said I don’t know ask the manager. Another customer even shook their head at her attitude again this was the tall girl who was working in the front of the line tall skinny girl. The guy on the grill with the freckles had an attitude when he was asked to make more state or about items that were out of stock had an attitude about it and was slamming things. The manager didn’t comment on any of the issues that his employees were having in the state was joking around with employees that were clocking out. All the employee that was on online orders was going back-and-forth with the manager playfully cussing loud where the customers couldn’t even be heard. Was very tempted to walk out of this chipotle because the customer service was so bad and if I could give it a zero I definitely stars. There’s no excuse for bad customer service. I was also told they couldn’t make a quesadilla using the same size tortilla that every other chipotle uses and that you can only get a large quesadilla tortilla if you order online otherwise you have to use taco tortillas or the children’s size tortillas, and they were upset when I asked how would that change the pricing how do I go about ordering it with those size tortillas. The people are not very knowledgeable of their job or the pricing including the manager and all have nasty attitudes. I will not be back to the chipotle I truly hope they shut it down.

Please do not go here! The cook is literally cutting vegetables and putting pieces in his mouth. As if don't see him. He needs to be fired. That is how germs are spread and people get sick

Very ghetto and a lot of racial tension is felt. I was definitely looked at like I didn’t belong inside the building. Very frequently they are out of a lot of options I’m not sure what it could be. Could be the employees preparing the food taking their time or they just never have enough to supply their customers. If you're white be prepared for your portions to be heavily skimped and be looked at like you’re crazy for wanting more. Unfortunately this is the worst chipotle experience I’ve had. Some of the ingredients in my bowl just tasted off. I should’ve known not to go to this one just by the smell of marijuana as I was walking up to the front doors

As a patron of Chipotle for several decades it never ceases to amaze me as to why each different location seems to be lacking the tools that they need in order to provide good products and services these days. I don't know who or what is causing the problem but at this particular location the last three times in a row that I've gone there they have been completely wiped out of almost all of the ingredients required to make a burrito bowl. I don't know where they get their supplies from or who is responsible for stalking their stores but come on can't they send someone to a local grocery store to buy some peppers or something? If they're unable to get the things that they need from their suppliers then why not support local businesses? Hey Chipotle get with the program because as a long time customer I'm tired of it!

Worst Chipotle anyone can possibly visit, workers have attitudes, food is always bad, serve extremely small portions, close doors early and ignore guests, save yourself some time and aggravation and visit and different location.

GHETTO.... it makes absolutely zero sense to me that every time I go into this restaurant, which is not quite often, they are void of what is needed to service you. No white rice, no black beans, no peppers. I mean to come in at 8pm and they close at 11 and they have NOTHING is absolutely absurd. This will be my last time patronizing this Chipotle. They should just close the store down. I don't come in the store that often. If it's happening every time that I come in, I can only imagine what it's truly like, if I frequented it more.
