Had a small roast beef. Food was fresh, service was kind and fast. Didn’t feel like a small either, I had to save half the sandwich for later.

Super excited to try a new spot. I got the dagwood sub. She forgot to put my pickles and banana peppers on and could have used more onions. For me it missed the zing. But if you would have had the other stuff I am sure it would have been a lot better. The other two people I order for were happily in the middle as well. The atmosphere was super cool and the cookies were awesome. It was closing time and the soda machine was down. The staff however was mediocre and not very pleasant but nice. I wish I would have known there were more sides. Since I informed them I was new. They totally could have upgrade me. I get it it was 40 mins to closing. I would definitely try again.

They made my sandwich completely wrong and added other toppings that I did not ask for unbelievable. I will never return to spot again.

The food is amazing. The staff was efficient and friendly. The owner should be ashamed of him or herself for making them work without air conditioning. This is how you lose good staff!

We love Dibellas and have been to locations in Rochester, Buffalo, and Dayton. But this restaurant in Cleveland was the worst! There was hardly any meat, I had a lot of leftovers empty bread. And my husband ordered a steak sandwich but got chicken. We didn’t have time to reorder. We will not be stopping here again.

My service and food is always great .

Purchase two steak sandwiches. The quality of the steak just wasn't that great that day. We have eaten there in the past and they were delicious!

I ordered an 10' old fashion sub literally all bread no meat and they made it so sloppy. Not a good experience or sandwich for the price. Sad to say I won't be returning to this location

Had a meatball sub last week, was lukewarm and cheese was unmelted. Today I asked if they could toast my meatball sub. 2 employees looked at me crazy as they explained that they could not do it because the “meatballs are already warm”. Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had, walked right out.

They have very limited hours. 10-4. We walked in at 4:15, door was not locked and we were told they were closed. It’s really sad when you see turned away for dinner. Won’t be going there anytime soon since they have such limited hours.

Usually come here all the time but today they said due to the wind storm cash would be “preferred” then after ordering they tell us it’s cash only. Disappointing. Maybe use the correct words on your signs .
