We ordered here twice on door dash and the food and coffee was horrible. We ordered xlarge coffees with extra cream extra sugar. Mines was Hazel nut and butter pecan. The first time the regular coffee I was told was horrible. The first time I also ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. Do you know the sandwich looked old. We tried to get our money back from door dash nothing. The second time we tried it again same thing but this time the coffee was cold I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted. Do you know that bagel was not edible it was too hard and they barely had any cream cheese on it. We let door dash know...Nothing again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This is our first time in Cleveland. If this was in Illinois this would be UNACCEPTABLE...Never Again.

Ordered food through DoorDash. Delivery time was only five minutes and food arrived cold and inedible. I believe this food was made when I ordered it (30 minutes prior to it being picked up) instead of waiting until DoorDasher was closer so that food would be warm when it was delivered. Also, my drink was not sealed, so could not trust that it had not been drank from prior to arriving to me. Absolutely gross!

Love love love this location!!! Not even the closest to me, but I make The drive to get this location! Staff is soo friendly, respectful, and professional. They make my drinks accurate and consistent every time…which is the hardest thing to achieve with coffee places. I also Love how this location has baskin Robbins. Super yum!

Worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. Took multiple times to enter my order and it still wasn't right. My unsweet tea was super sweet and tasted horrible. Bagel was completely burnt. There was also a person out of uniform behind the counter that was causing more issues and chaos than actually helping. Not sure if they were a new employee that was training or something else, but at the time they were definitely not helping.

Place is absolutely terrible. It’s run by an Indian group who doesn’t even understand how to run it. They have mixed up my order multiple times. The lady at the intercom barely can speak English. On top of not properly cooking and toasting the breakfast sandwich’s. Learn how to operate the place
