Worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. Took multiple times to enter my order and it still wasn't right. My unsweet tea was super sweet and tasted horrible. Bagel was completely burnt. There was also a person out of uniform behind the counter that was causing more issues and chaos than actually helping. Not sure if they were a new employee that was training or something else, but at the time they were definitely not helping.

Two days in a row not having chocolate frosted donuts. Was told they were not shipped to them. I thought the donuts were made at the locations. I guess you learn something new every day.

Place is absolutely terrible. It’s run by an Indian group who doesn’t even understand how to run it. They have mixed up my order multiple times. The lady at the intercom barely can speak English. On top of not properly cooking and toasting the breakfast sandwich’s. Learn how to operate the place

I had to come on here and give these people a 5 star review. If there were more stars I would give it to them. They are always beyond nice, always smiling and super friendly. The food is always very fresh and nothing is ever wrong with my order. They are super fast and just absolutely amazing even when it’s morning and it is super busy they get everybody out very quickly and everything is always correct. It is very nice to see a smiling face and amazing customer service in the morning Or basically anytime during the day. They absolutely deserve 10 stars. Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never do a lot of reviews, but they absolutely deserve it.

This place is horrible do not eat or drink here ! They have ants ? in there cups my cousin an her kids father drank two ice coffees filled with bugs ! I warn you they are owned by dirty ppl who wash out the cups they use I personally know because I was a former employee! Years ago
