As I checked my order at the drive though, the cashier actually stopped and asked me if everything was okay with my order. A common courtesy that barely anyone does before moving in to the next person in line and you having to sit there waiting if there is a mistake.

for Baskin-Robbins Jamaica almond fudge I paid $8.99 last time they tried to charge me $10.29 and I walked the way the parking lot was all broken up. I will never come to this place ever again and the people that work there I couldn't even understand what they were saying

Spent 15 minutes waiting for a milkshake when no other customer was there aside from one person behind me in the drive thru, who they also asked to pull around and wait in the parking lot along with me. Milkshake was the worst milkshake I've had. It was like they didn't have enough ice cream and milk for it, so they just substituted water for the rest.Overall weird vibe, with one employee disappearing for 15 minutes to make an awful attempt at a milkshake, while the other two employees paced around staring at me through the windows.

The employees here are always so upbeat and positive. They seem to really like working here and are also professional. We usually get ice cream (from the Baskin Robbins section) and it never disappoints. This time we had a special request (in addition to our ice cream) for JUST cones in a bag so that we could put our ice cream in them, on our own, at home later. We were accommodated. They're the best ?!
