Watch your order to make sure it's correct. I ordered a cheesedog and fries. Got a cheesburger. When I went back to the counter to get it corrected I asked for fresh fries. She gave me my refund and correct charge for the dog but turned around and charged me for another order of fries Got a refund on that as well, but the emoyees should really pay attention to what the customer is saying. What a total waste of time as overall i had to wait for two orders. Also not friendly staff. No smiles...they just look miserable. Won't be back to this location

Good hamburgers and fries, but a little pricey for a family of 5. We needed a quick meal that tasted good, so this checked all the boxes. Also right next to the hotel we stayed at.

I placed my order before three other people. Which was nothing special. I could not understand how they received their orders before me. There was a lot of talking going and confusion going on. Everyone have their order and left. I'm still waiting, and once I arrived home, the was not made the way I requested. It was actually nasty.

I go to five guys often and every time I go in I ask for a bag to get peanuts but today I went and the cashier and manager on duty said I couldn't get a bag for peanuts I am not the only one she told that I feel as much as you pay for food you should get as many nuts that you want and her attitude sucks and they made my burger wrong I visited the one in warrensville ohio
Just got off the phone with the manager. She told me it was MY fault I didn’t order my food correctly. We ordered two separate meals. I only got one. And she kept insisting it was my fault and said it was ordered for pickup. The app says delivery… and she’s gonna say it was for pickup. Saying it was our fault we didn’t get our food. Absolutely the worst customer service. They’re lazy and always do orders wrong. 100% of the time. Terrible manager she should be fired. Lazy ahhhh woman
