I go to five guys often and every time I go in I ask for a bag to get peanuts but today I went and the cashier and manager on duty said I couldn't get a bag for peanuts I am not the only one she told that I feel as much as you pay for food you should get as many nuts that you want and her attitude sucks and they made my burger wrong I visited the one in warrensville ohio
Just got off the phone with the manager. She told me it was MY fault I didn’t order my food correctly. We ordered two separate meals. I only got one. And she kept insisting it was my fault and said it was ordered for pickup. The app says delivery… and she’s gonna say it was for pickup. Saying it was our fault we didn’t get our food. Absolutely the worst customer service. They’re lazy and always do orders wrong. 100% of the time. Terrible manager she should be fired. Lazy ahhhh woman

Completely overpriced the website is mis leading saying $10-20 per person. That is false advertising and overpriced for basic food. Mind you this was in Cleveland one of the lower income state this wasn't new York or Malibu this was in Cleveland Ohio and they're charging almost $10 for fries

To be fair, it's Five Guys, you come for, what used to be, delicious and appropriately sized burgers - especially for their price. It's been a while since I've had Five Guys, but I would say their burger size went down by half, and for 3 people, with just soft drinks and 1 large french fries we spent $60. Very unhappy with the quality and honestly, I'd rather make my own at home.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was so delicious haha. I had a cheeseburger and milkshake on my second visit and it was delicious.
Had double cheese burger with bacon was so good and always great place for a burger and the atmosphere is always good. Keep up the good job.

I ordered online and when I got there, the two burgers I ordered were done but the fries were not. I asked the man at the fry station how long they would be and he said “just a few moments”because three people ordered as soon as I walked in and their food came out before mine. I waited and saw literally THREE more people order after me and they got their burgers with fries before I did. I asked the man on the fry’s again what was going on and he stated that “my fries are almost done.” How is it that other peoples orders are done before mine and I ordered before them. Idk if the man on the fries was racist or what. Overall, the burger and fries were good, BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK to that location.

I went in to get food for my family 3 people, I orfood but was told card or exact change only. I didn't have my bank card with me, but I did have cash, not exactly, only 20s and 50s. It was suggested that I get change from one of the neighboring stores. I wasn't going to go through that inconvenience.
