I haven’t been to Fredrick’s in a long time, but I am planning to come back soon. The food is always delicious and the staff have always been nice. The only reason I couldn’t give a 5 for atmosphere is although I love live music, it has often been too loud for the small space. Other than that, I’d go anytime. The Lord Jesus bless! Received great customer service with a pleasant smile! The sampler with wings, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks were good and delicious. Drinks were good, too.

Very safe predictable restaurant. I eat here often because of the fried red snapper, orange roughy, catfish, shrimp scampi. Sides could be a little better but all good enough. Atmosphere mature. Music doesn't take away from having a conversation.

Recently we celebrated my sister's birthday 10/28/24 and it was great! Service, food and dine experience was great! Just think they should have had one more server but still it was a awesome time and the food was great! I had fried grouper and it was delicious!!!!!

Went for my BD. I ordered the shrimp scampi dinner and my friend had the bbq ribs. Upon entering I realized that the atmosphere has changed a lot, it felt drab and unwelcoming. The tablecloths were gone and the place just seemed diminished. My scampi dinner came out with cold seafood and the garlic butter sent with it looked absolutely disgusting. It was room temperature and looked very thick- not like melted butter at all! The sides were okay, I had mac/chs and yams which also were not hot. The ribs were tender and the portion was good, however, that meal was barely warm as well. Also, tried wing appetizer and was not impressed- they were served hot just not much sauce and little taste. The manager that night was very polite and even replaced my garlic butter (with more of the same :( ) but he was sincerely trying to work the floor and accommodate the guests. This place is very pricey, so I had expected good food in exchange for my money, which sadly was not the case. Basically both meals were taken home and thrown away. In all the two meals and 1 glass of pop was over 100.00 dollars! They even automatically add the tip into your bill! My actual server wasn't great at all and I should not be forced to give a 18% tip for a party of 2. There's no incentive for the server to even try to be good at their job and ours was not. I will not be back, I choose to patronize a black owned business, and this experience was unfortunate.

I enjoyed dining inside Frederick's. The atmosphere is nice; definitely packed with customers. We reserved seats so wait time was not even 10 mins.

We were seated - server was about her business, professional and friendly. Our food came out fast yet cooked thoroughly! The cooks did their thang! I felt happy eating. lol

It was our mom's birthday so we chose Frederick's. I'm 37 & enjoyed the live band, which also sang Happy Birthday to whoever's birthday it was. I will dine in again.

It's not a club setting. You can dress up or dress casually to enjoy GREAT food and chat or watch whatever sport game is on the TV at the bar.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly (to eat then leave though. We know kids don't like to sit too long. Lol)

Fred has a wonderful establishment. I came after my appointment for some takeout and a drink. Bridgette is so wonderful and polite. She was amazing. I will be returning

Frederick's is a rip-off place and they have one of the weirdest male bartenders. I have never been to a place to charge you a 20% gratuity on all tickets then the manager explain to me that people don't like to tip the service staff, well that's why you pay your staff a salary, tipping should be a choice. I asked my bartender about the gratuity and he stated in a asinine tone I should have read the menu. From this day forward every chance I get to tell people not to go to Frederick's I will!

Great restaurant and I visit whenever I'm on Cleveland. The manager tonight was outstanding!!! The server was not the best tonight but I'll give him and credit. Slow on service and forgot many items requested without any explanation. But overall, great experience!!! I'll definitely visit again and recommend to others. NSPIRE INTERNATIONAL MEDIA
