Was there 2days ago for a birthday party. Because it was a large party the service was fairly slow. I ordered the chicken dinner with Mac and cheese, green beans and candy yams. Everything thing was good except for the chicken it's was cooked too long where it tasted burned no seasoning and tasted like it was cooked in fish grease and I'm allergic to fish so it upsetted my stomach. This hands down has been the best dining experience I've had in a good while! From walking in and being greeted with a smile to the service and made from scratch dishes! Don't judge just because it sits next to a convienet store, this place is a gem! Walking in, the decor is modern and they had good music playing with a bar lined with TV's showing football and there was lots of chatter giving you a vibrant environment! Everything was good until we had an unfortunate encounter with other patrons to the point that we never had a chance to actually sit and enjoy our food when it came out.
