Ordered the pot pie and it usually takes a while for that itself, but it took extemely long to get it. In fact, don't order from this location because it will be an extremely long wait for any food you order just like it took an hour to get my food today. I don't know if the staff are lazy or not properly trained, but this is outrageous.

We always have to wait 20 minutes for our pot pie, so we ordered it 20 minutes early, and instead this time it took a full hour, The staff are horrible and lazy, with multiple seen sitting inside for the entire 1 hour wait. The raccoons and possums in the parking lot were friendlier than any staff

This is the worst KFC ever they never have nothing made or ready it's the weekend customer service if horrible it was only 7:30-8:30 when I visited the cashier talking about locking the front door already nobody had on gloves mixing up people's order waiting 25-30 mins for food

They said it should open at 10:30am we wait more than an hour to get service in the dine in area. From 10:48am until 11:47 am to get serve.

Went into the lobby to be told "could you go to the drive thru because we have to walk back and forth to the drive thru and the counter." People get it together, then when he saw other customers coming into the lobby, they were told the lobby was closed. It is not customers fault that people didn't show up for work. Your role is to be curious and HANDLE IT!!!!!

Just so terrible service slow, drive thru person doesn't know how to communicate when taking orders. They tell me to pull up to side to get order in drive-thru and waited 40 minutes. They need to have better training and better customer service.

Beware this store does not give refunds.so if you order make sure they give you the right amount of time to wait for your food. I waited 1 hour when the young lady said the wait was 4-5 mins. Then I was threatened with they don’t give refunds. But I hadn’t received any food. Long story short I got my money back.

Stopped patronizing KFC after the coupon snafu over 15 years ago. Have only gone about 4 times in that time. Saw a commercial for a dinner box that appeared to be an amazing value!! Decided to give them a try once more with regrets. It was supposed to feed 4 but only included 2 fries. It should have come with 12 chicken nuggets but only received 8, and some of those were nuggets of a nugget.
