Service upon arrival was lacking. It wasn’t busy and had a couple people working. I had done an order, and said was done on screen. I was then advised it wasn’t ready yet. When I got the order to the business, saw the sandwiches weren’t labeled. I also couldn’t figure out as I was placing my order that they were sold out of plain at am.

Outstanding Service!

I want to take a moment to commend a young man at Panera Bread who truly went above and beyond during my visit. While working in the kitchen, Raymir noticed I needed a loaf of bread sliced thin and took it upon himself to step out of his primary role, head over to the bakery, and handle it personally.
