Very clean, professional, friendly and efficient. The staff always greets me and makes sure I’m taken care of! 10/10 recommend!!

There is no friendliness whatsoever at this location! The staff does not welcome you with a hello, they do not smile and God forbid you ask them a question!

This store needs a huge change if they ever want to thrive again, and I’m being serious. I remember coming here when I was on leave while I was on active duty. Everything was fantastic.

Now that I’m back home and out the military, it all went downhill, and it’s because of the employees. There’s no sense of work ethic in there. Everything is unorganized. The workers are rude.

I waited for the longest in line for my drink, just waiting. Until I asked for it, and she reached and got it out the bin. Good lord. Didn’t even tell me it was done.

How hard is it to make a smoothie? I’m not mad or anything. Just disappointed that this establishment isn’t what it used to be.

Smoothie was sour and the lady at the register was rude for absolutely no reason. Crazy how people can’t even make a smoothie properly when the ingredients are listed in front of their faces how sad.

The lobby has been dirty the last few times I’ve been here. The customer service has went down hill. When I arrived the staff was in the back talking and hanging out, there was no urgency to attend to the customers. This location has definitely went downhill. Very disappointed.

Robeks accommodated me with a gift card. I used the gift card when submitting my order online, which was easy. I was greeted immediately when I went inside to pick up my order. My order was ready, and the 800lb Gorilla smoothie that I ordered was delicious as usual!

Place is super slow

Waiting 20mins for a pickup order bc they gave it to someone else is frustrating. Waiting another 10mins for them to remake it just for someone to find it in the freezer is annoying.

Ask for Ty, Paul (Manager) &/or Muhammed!

We not recommend. We visited this place at 6pm, but the doors were locked. Mind you they don’t close until 8pm. They said they were understaffed. I eventually called them asked what was going on and at that point they unlocked the doors. Terrible service

My daughter and I came in and ordered 2 classic avocado toast on the kiosk with no red pepper flakes and added everything bagel seasoning. 4 people came in after us and yet they had their smoothies made before our toast was even started. Then when we left after it had taken us so long, I got to the car and realized they didn't even make our toast correctly. They made us everything toast with tomatos. Nothing was how we ordered. There were 4 girls working and there was no reason it took so long to get our WRONG order.

Today I came into the store and every associate was friendly and helpful. I wasn't feeling well and they took the time to make sure that my bowl had all the items that I requested.

When the food is good, it's good. Other than that, the service is painfully awful. It's absurd so much worse it's getting there. No matter how many reviews are made, nothing changes. The people in there are despicable, portions are all over the place, and ordering on time is a joke. The owner and manager should be embarrassed and fired along with the workers. Except for one kind gentleman that actual cares. Everyone else is garbage. They laughed at people waiting for over 25 minutes along with the 11 other people in the room.
