Don’t waste your money or time at this establishment (@ Emery Rd and Green Rd). The owner or whoever the older middle eastern gentleman is racist and has a very bad attitude towards people of color. He feels he can speak down on his customers when you are spending your money.

The customer should have an opinion or say if you received horrible service or bad food.

Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread and a ham sub. When I got to my car, the flatbread had chicken instead of eggs. I went back, and the employee said they were out of eggs. My ham sub was also missing dressing. Disappointed.

I went there to order a tuna 6 in. They didn't give extra onions when I asked for it, I don't know how this place is in business. Very poor customer service. I will tell anyone that this place needs to do better with there service. I will let everyone at my job about this place.

The Health Department needs to be called immediately!! I went to order a dipper and the lady put on gloves. She made the dipper fine but when it came time to check out she took her glove off and blew her nose. Without washing her hands or putting on new glove she reached toward my dipper to put it in the bag. I said excuse me you need to was your hand and put new gloves before you touch my food. She said that I blew my nose with a paper towel and nothing got on my hands. I was in shock and so discussed about her thought process (You blow your nose and without washing your hands you touch a customer’s food) OMG! I could just imagine how unsanitary they are when a customer is not watching. I don’t like to put down any establishment but i’m worried about other people’s health.

Worker/owner is Rude and slow.. bathroom is broke, Lobby a mess. Just dirty overall and whole experience was awful.. subway should close his restaurant. Horrible place with bad attitude.

So I ordered online to the Solon store it somehow got switched to this store I called to cancel and the lady that answered told me they could not cancel my order. I went to the Solon store and asked about it and they told me that the Warrensville store could cancel it but they did not want to lose the money. So I never got my order nor my money that’s ridiculous!

Ii visited my local subway at around 8pm. I asked for extra onion, the employee barely added extra. When he started to put tomatoes on my sandwich, he took 2 slices of tomato, then cut them in half. When I asked if they served whole slices of tomato, he said, "no, that's how we have to do it now. Either this location is scamming us, or you have scandalous employees. I was so disappointed in this location.

The lady was nice with the red hair she always have a positive attitude but they need to stop hiring all these young people or do a better job at teaching them at first I had to say what I wanted like 6 times than I told her to that’s enough mayonnaise the girl was still putting more than she cut my sandwich wrong so I had to wait to get home to cut it because I couldn’t even rip it open how bad she cut it than lastly she didn’t know how to work the cashier so she had to ask someone for help like stop hiring people that don’t know to do there job correctly the sandwich tasted fine but she need more practice and guileless

Do not go here I just came from this location, my little brother ordered a six inch sub & when he started to eat he noticed a long piece of hair in his food I tried calling no answer.!
