I Got my order took it home I started eating my food the wing special was dry with lite sauce the wings had to have cooked when they opened

I'm not sure what there standards are for what they serve but this is insane. I have one wing that's the size of 3 wings put together.

I get that we were some of the last customers of the night but they could have kept those baby wings for a snack while they was at work. Why treat people who choose to close your store down like we never ate here before or plan on coming back? I think I just answered my own question!!!!!!!!!

We ordered ahead. Wings were overseasoned and fries were soggy. Whitmore’s used to be the place to go for good BBQ. Not anymore. Service and quality of the food has gone way down. Sad…

Customer service can be so much better. I called and there was no answer. I called back they finally picked up but said nothing just left it off the hook.

No reason it should be 99 degrees indoors, anywhere.

Also, if you're going to do delivery app orders, please start making them on time.
Ain't no reason we should be standing in this dump for 40 minutes waiting for a small order that should've been ready before arrival.
Weren't even busy. Just slow about it for no reason.

First off the fries were soggy clearly made in old grease. The fish was salty no flavor just pure salty, Also I’m sure it was fried in old grease too . You can taste the greasy saltiness all thru the food the chicken wings were okay…. That’s it okay enough to eat if you’re just that hungry. Surprisingly they weren’t greasy af like the rest of the f’d up food.
