The food is always good and the employees are always pleasant. My issue is the orange cream shake. Out of the numerous times we have been there since it came out, I have only got it one time. I always look forward to this item and it's only for a limited time. Every time I order one, they always tell me the shake machine isn't working. This is a management problem. It shouldn't take weeks to get the machine fixed.
