The food is always good and the employees are always pleasant. My issue is the orange cream shake. Out of the numerous times we have been there since it came out, I have only got it one time. I always look forward to this item and it's only for a limited time. Every time I order one, they always tell me the shake machine isn't working. This is a management problem. It shouldn't take weeks to get the machine fixed.
We visited this Arby's around 9:30 at night so they were out of SOME things but that was sort of expected. Even so, the food was hot, fresh and delicious and the drive thru worker was friendly, polite, courteous and fast. We will definitely eat at this Arby's again.
I am addicted to Arby's but only half the time does my hamburger not be bright red I try to tell ahead of time I still love everything about Arby's
