This was my first time at this. Bob Evans. I am familiar with this franchise as they are everywhere. We chose to eat breakfast here and we walked to this location. There are parking spots outside. When we went in. They have Bob Evans wide on the left that you can purchase. We went on a Saturday morning and it was not as busy as I was expecting. They are short staffed so we did wait to be sat down and we waited a while for our food. Our server was amazing and was very apologetic about the slow service. But it's happening in a lot of places. There is a shortage of workers and it is important that we are kind to the people who work with the public. We also ate in the evening there for dinner but nothing very fancy. Just sandwiches. I love the stuff here. They were very kind. I would come back if I lived in town but I was here for just one day. The food is usual which you get at a Bob Evans. I prefer to eat a Bob Evans for breakfast. The bathrooms were decent. Our food was hot when it arrived. They had our order correct. And if you never been to a Bob Evans, you pay at the register. The cashier in the morning shift was very apologetic about the wait. It is a great place to go with family. The food is decently priced.

Management issue. they understaffed themselves (2 waitresses in total) on a holiday to the point that i had to stare at my food and wait for utensils. I actually had to get up and get myself a butter knife at one point. they sent their kitchen prep guy home without prepping their kitchen, and I had to wait even longer for them to make my food. stuff like this is common with Bob Evans, to the point where I haven't gone to a single one in 5 years and the problem still persisted. Management will see a spike in labor for the 5 minutes in between rushes and send people home (worked at this location for a year in high school 8 years ago, management did it constantly then, too). don't go to this bob evans if you value your time.

We met a friend here for lunch since it was about halfway between Cincinnati and Columbus. The food was good and we stayed after the meal to talk over a cup of coffee. The staff did not complain and provided wonderful service. Thanks Bob!

Ordered takeout the two grilled chicken pieces with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. I barely got any green beans at all, for sure not a full portion. The loaded mashed potatoes was a complete joke. The chicken is the only thing that look good and it was tough as hell. $21 for this, absolute complete waste of money. Sad! Really really sad!!!

I went in to get dinner. Waitress was nice and took my order. The problem was that I waited for 20 minutes. And never got my food. There were people that can in after I did. And they got their food. Don't know if they forgot about me, or what. So I walked out. Will not be going back there for a goof while

I could not rate the food as they never took my order. They left me with a single cup of coffee, and I did not see anyone till I got fed up and walked up front to pay for the coffee. I really wanted breakfast but was forced to spend my money elsewhere.
I'm not sure why this location just can't seem to figure out the service end of the business.
Addysin was our hostess, server, and had it not been for her friendly, outgoing personality dinner would not have been so plesant.

They have the absolute best biscuits & gravy we get the family size all of the time but I got two pieces of pumpkins pie a long with our meal& was very let down maybe it was just me but it tasted idk .... Cheap & unpleasant unfortunately the apple pie ala mode is usually always on point I should've just stuck with that but maybe get that taste for pumpkin pie from elsewhere their holy cow cake is Dynamite as well!! Was just let down with the pumpkin this time ?♀️
