Was just there and told our total was $10.18 I gave the girl the exact change. She told me I owed her 10.20 because she couldn't give pennies as change. It's only 2 cents no biggie, but I was over charged because she couldn't give me pennies, she didn't say take pennies. If I have used a credit card would I have still been over charged? How many people are you doing this to?

Was hoping for a Brazier meal, but this DQ doesn't serve them. The chicken sandwich was pretty plain but was moist.

You don't have to eat hot dogs. You can choose shredded chicken or pork

Looks like the hours need to be changed online 🙃- arrived at 8:06pm and doors are locked and drive thru lights are not on.

Usually have great food and service but called to let them know they messed up my food and the assistant manager was very rude and nasty!! A simple apology to the customer would have been the solution but she wanted to argue and be disrespectful!!!

I travel frequently for work and eat at Dairy Queen often. I stopped at this location and was surprised to learn they don’t serve fried foods—no onion rings, fries, or chicken strips like a normal DQ.

I ordered a BBQ sandwich combo with chips. The drive-thru attendant said she couldn’t hear me, so I shut my vehicle off and repeated my order. After paying, I checked my bag and noticed the chips were missing. I turned back around and went inside, waited a couple minutes at the counter, and explained the issue. The employee told me I wasn’t charged for the chips after confirming with the drive-thru. Since I use a company card that only allows one transaction per meal, I couldn’t make another purchase without paying out of pocket. I left without receiving the chips.

On top of that, the “medium” Blizzard here is the same size as a small at other DQ locations.

That $0.75 bag of chips may seem minor, but it cost this store my future business. I’m in the area often for work, but I won’t be returning to this location

I ordered a large snickers blizzard. What i got for $6.29 was a chocolate shake with a couple smal pieces of snickers. There were 3 teenage girls working the drive through. Obviously no supervision!

Everything was great, however, when I tried paying with a gift card I was told that it couldn't be accepted because they don't take gift cards at my location. The card doesn't say anywhere on it that it can only be used at certain locations. I had to pay with cash instead and am very disappointed that my very valid gift card for the Dairy Queen brand was not accepted. Now I have a gift card that I cannot use locally, another disappointment.
