We live in Columbus but have family in CH so we have ordered carry out from this location multiple times. The order has always been correct, and it's always been hot and ready at the promised time. The amount of toppings and the cook on the thin crust pizzas has been perfect every time. The two Donatos locations near our house have never been as good as this Donatos in order accuracy or taste. One tip to anyone ordering: we prefer the "thick sauce" to the standard "thin sauce;" you can change the sauce type under Special Instructions when you order on the app.

The wings were under cooked (would not eat them) the dressing was put inside box with the wings which made it hot (who like hot dressing) the pizza was cold . Order was late, management was rude and had zero F's to give. Will never order from there again.

Just ordered a baked crust pizza with pepperoni and half olives. They said couldn't do that. But last week we got same pizza with half tomato's. What's the difference? Pissed me off.

One of my favorites, fresh pizza. At first the lady that let us in at opening wasn't very friendly. But she came around with a smile. The lady that took our order was very nice

ordered donatos delivery to our hotel. cameron delivered the items but forgot the drinks. totally understand as mistakes happen! but he drove back to get them even when we insisted not to. 6/5 stars.

I ordered 2 LG pepperoni pizza and they were the worst pizza's I have ever had. No one thought they were good. I hope we all do not get sick. No more Donatos pizza's for us.

RE, REVIEW much better we ordered the founders favorite Xtra ham pizza sauce sausage and peppers it was perfect THANK YOU VERRY MUCH FOR THAT !!
ORDERD THE SUB ALSO AGAIN DOUBLE MEAT DOUBLE CHEESE ? again it was very. Skimpy I'd hate to order one the way it comes Absolutely PITIFUL AGAIN THIS WAS MY DADS FAVORITE MEAL AND THE PIZZA WAS ON POINT THIS TIME
