This has to be the worst KFC in the country, horrible staff and management, extremely rude. Chicked looked picked through and was over cooked and dry, missing items from our order. Called the store management was completely unprofessional and rude. Will never eat at this location again.

I haven't tried KFC for several months.i stopped today yo try them today BIG MISTAKE . I ORDERED 2 2PIECE MEALS EXTRA CRISPY. whatbi got was two meals original. Fries and gravy we got the fries were stone cold. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Course I tried to call and complain not answering phone ugh

The people in the window were more worried about pulling me to help their speed than completing orders. They had a guy pulled forward and told I needed to go to a parking spot. They didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and then when I went to tell them I wanted sauce she told me I needed to pull. Then I got my food before the guy already pulled and they tried to get him to move when there was literally no where to move too. The girl flung the bag at me. Didn’t ask what I had. Didn’t say a word to me.
There were people on the food line taking drinks with gloves on and then making food. This was my first experience at this KFC and I will never come back

WCH KFC, will not return. They sent my food out with another family then when returned put it on another tray to send back out to me. Took a while for them to correct it. They claimed it was different but I don't believe that. One biscuit was bit off the other was smashed. They said it's a new pull apart recipe and that's what they do??? Other family was friendly!
just went in to get mashed potatoes and was rudely approached that they were “closed” when i went in just 15 mins before 11. again just over some mashed potato’s. this is why you guys don’t get business because you’re rude and don’t care enough to “gain” customers. i’m a waitress myself and would’ve never!!

Cashier standing out back smoking ice when we pulled up to order, every bit of the food was wrong, was told they wasn’t giving me regional managers number, store manager was extremely rude! Only thing right about this place is the career path the employees chose. Garbage place with dirty drug addict workers shoulda kept driving!!!!

Paid $41 for my food everything is cold and hard as usual thought I’d try it again but nothing has changed this place just needs to shut its doors as I’m a manager for kbp in a different location and this is definitely a 1 star restaurant someone can get ahold of me and I can explain more in detail got pictures of everything if u pay for a hot meal u should have to put it in your microwave to eat it hot kinda beats the purpose

Do not go by the prices on the drive thru menu. The prices are still wrong mine was $14 difference. And corporate won't even do any thing about it and it has been months. They also made me wait for 15 minutes forgot my mashed potatoes and my food was not even warm. Will not be back.
