I previously posted the review under Elizabeth Lowe because I had a good experience the last time I ordered but this very last time was terrible a total waste of my money!! Ask for extra sauce but yet I could pull the cheese off of the crust it looked like somebody just poured that topping on top of the pizza (yuck) asked for it to be liggtly baked but yet it was really really dark and almost burnt around the corners of the crust and not to mention from the time I placed my order until it got to my door it was close to 1 hour before I got it and it was supposed to have been delivered to me within 25 to 35 minutes according to their website. I didn't have time to call the store because I had to get out my door but I am terribly disappointed! I wouldn't have ordered it had my kid not asked me to and it was something that I couldn't even give her when it got here an hour after I ordered it. I took pictures I filled out the online form so maybe somebody will contact me I don't know but wasn't like my last review that I wrote nothing even close this one was an utter disappointment. Like I said I filled out the online form I really would appreciate if somebody would contact me. I left my phone number.

I've been ordering from the Washington Courthouse Pizza Hut for decades. It's had it's ups and downs but this has to be the lowest point I've ever seen. Big order tonight. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and that came out fine. Mozzarella sticks and they were ok.
Then there was a large, thin crust, pepperoni and mushroom with extra sauce. Supposedly. That pizza is what you see pictured.
So bad that I dug out a tape measure. 2 3/4" from the topping to the edge of the crust at one point.
I was about to toss it in the garbage and delete the app from my phone when my wife decides to call to complain. By the time she got transferred from the corporate call center to the local store, she was on the phone for 12 1/2 minutes.
I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. You'd think I'd learn, but I go to Pizza Huts when I'm out of state and get great food.

Thought this place turned around but got three pizzas from there, and nothing was cooked all the way. None of the cheese was melted together, .
